Buyer beware. Karen-Bags is a total scam. "Karen," the "so sad I have to go" spokesperson in the video I watched was named "Grace" from Grace Bags just a year ago, when I happened onto the site, then called Grace-Bags, looking for gifts for my wife and daughters. There is no Karen, there is no Grace because this is not a real company. The product you receive won't be made in America, let alone the foothills of North Carolina where Grace supposedly handcrafted her leather products. Products are manufactured and shipped from China. Expect long delivery times to get your order, if products are ever delivered. And when you receive what you thought you ordered and you discover that those products were made not of leather but of cheap plastic, forget returning anything. If you want a refund, the company will insist that you return your items at your expense (shipping back to China, remember?), and even then, you won't receive a full refund. How do I know all this? I know because I had to get my bank and credit card's fraud department involved, close my credit card and wait for my new card to be issued. Please. I've saved you from headache and disappointment. Don't be fooled by the promise of a good deal. It won't be. And finally, if you think my experience is just a one-off with so many positive reviews posted, while I can't prove it, I highly suspect those 5-star reviews are fake, just like the company.

Worst piece of junk. This handbag is not leather! Beware of this company, it’s a scam!

Do not waste your money! This company is a SCAM. Advertises real leather handbags, supposedly hand made. Photos in ad are obviously real leather. What I received was a cheap vinyl knock-off, and another fake bag that looked like real suede in the photos, but turned out to be distressed cotton canvas. Neither bag was as large as the ones the models in the photos were carrying. I am not returning, since I would have to pay all shipping costs, and doubt if I will ever get a refund. I'm sure they count on this! I will use their trashy bags until they fall apart, then go to a local brick and mortar store to buy a real leather bag in person. Shame on me for not heeding the old saw: "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!" There's no probably here! It is bonafide, certified, overpriced (at a supposed 78%off) JUNK! Avoid this shady vendor ...just shop Marshall's, Burlington Coat Outlet, Ollie's, Ocean State, etc. They often have real leather designer bags at significant markdowns!

They are a scam!!! Do not give them a cent. My bag is fake vinyl junk!! This is a ripoff.

The so-called leather handbag split open after three days of use. The advertisement says “free returns” which proved to not be true. The “leather” is razor thin and easily ripped so it was a scam. They told me I must return it to China for a full refund. But that would be prohibitively expensive and a no brainer. They know this. They gave me a $12 refund if I decided not to send it back. False advertising. Be aware.

Total scam. Bag came from China, not made in US as indicated. Doubt that a "Karen" exists. No "Karen"label on bag or packaging.
Will not shop an "indepedent" advertiser-'only from some site that vouches for its vendors: Etsy, ebay, amazon.
Feel so stupid.

I purchased 2 bags for my sisters n I. These bags are absolutely not leather, both bags felt like a thin plastic type material. I am so disappointed I paid right at $100 for junk. It's so wrong to scam hardworking people out of their money. I will never refer anyone to this site. She's not making any of this crap. She purchasing it from China.SCAM!!!!!

Don’t buy from this website it’s literally a scam to get your card details! If you look closer at the website you’ll see the photos are fake and generated by AI. Don’t be fooled! This is not an “established business”, they’ve only been open since march this year!

I am grateful for the honest crappy reviews about these counterfeit bags! I almost got suckered into purchasing 2 bags. Thankfully, I did not after reading these reviews. It seems that this is happening quite often with China as I had purchased some artificial flowers from Artificial Merch and never received them. Had I read the reviews first I would not have made the purchase. Thank you!

My ORDER finally arrived today after 3 weeks - from CHINA! It is cheaply made, not Leather, not like the photos, and wouldnt pay more than $10 for this. Very disappointed that I was misled and scammed.

…. 4 times since MAY 16.
Aaking for Return Information, where to send back, requesting Full Refund for cheaply made Bag , not a LEATHER bag with cheap hardware.

I dont know where to report them , but hope that my Review here will stop potential buyers. I am still receiving emails daily regarding their LIQUIDATION SALE…

Karen Bags represents their products as genuine leather. What I received today, after close to a months wait, is cheap polyvinyl with poor stitching and/or gluing and inferior hardware! They lied about being a US company and their free shipping policy as well!

DO NOT BUY FROM KAREN BAGS! You will receive polyvinyl, cheaply made GARBAGE!!! If I could give negative stars, I most definitely would!

Beware Karen Bags is a scam!
I ordered a leather bag. What I received was a very poor quality not leather cheap grocery store bag.
I paid $35 they gave me a $6 refund and told me I can keep the bag

I ordered a bag April 28th and hav not received anything !!!

I agree 1000% with all of the 1 star reviews (same experience) and that anything positive on here is AI, including the picture of Karen (similar picture as lady pictured on Grace's bags website) where I ordered from, down to advertising of the bags and the woman working in the workshop. Cheap quality and not representative of the pictures on the site. The bottom of my bag started peeling after 1 use. Comes from CHINA and not made in US as they made it seem in the advertisement. DO NOT ORDER!!!!! Don't get scammed.

These bags shipped from China...took over 2 weeks. Did not know that when I ordered. They arrived, one was in the wrong color. Did not feel or smell like leather. No tags on the bags to indicate that they are made of leather. Not worth 80% off, discounted price I paid.

Any positive reviews have to be AI, family, friends, and conspirators of dear Karen….. if there even is a Karen…… waited forever for my order and discovered it was coming from China, not the USA as alluded to in the “my story” of dear retiring Karen…… even the lining hiding the plastic is cheap as you can get…… I actually would rate thus product of china negative 10 if the scale went that low….. I have learned a valuable lesson….. delete all online ads without reading……
