Prompt delivery and good quality items - thank you

I'm gutted to be writing this review. Last year we used their festival service and were impressed, so we booked it again this year, nice and early this time! Unfortunately, a couple of weeks ago, they emailed us to tell us our accommodation was cancelled due to their contract with the festival not being renewed. They neglected to say this decision was made in January! So we should have been told then, not 4 weeks before we were supposed to be leaving for the festival. To add insult to injury, they also kept £10 from our refund as a 'transaction fee' and have not responded to our emails about the situation. Terrible service from Karma Canvas that has completely tainted our experience in the run-up to the festival.

Great quality tents, we have bought multiple tents and always happy.
Communication is very good and we were kept fully informed on stock, delivery etc.

I telephoned Karma Canvas directly to discuss purchase options and had a great conversation with a team member who was both friendly and professional. They offered some excellent advice, and my purchase arrived well packaged and delivered on time.

We've had our large Kadai Fire bowl for years, and we've had many good times around it. But we left the lid out and after years of exposure it had seen better days! Ordered a new one only yesterday and I mentioned I was in a hurry, but cant believe it just arrived a day later! It looks awesome. Really solid. Makes the firepit look amazing, and turns it into a huge table when we arent having a fire. Thanks Karma - you rock!
