Very good costumer service

Very good costumer service
Had a couple problems with my shipment but they fixed it fast without any problems.
Very pleasant people.
I wish the quality of the plastic boxes was a bit thicker for the price, when you buy in low quantity.. They are still good quality thought, and with that service, i wouldnt hesitate buying from them again.

Terrible company

Terrible company. Still waiting for boxes. Paid over 150 euro for shipping expecting the boxes to be shipped within 5 days. The boxes went by sea!! We are still waiting nearly 2 weeks later....no boxes. No phone call from customer service. Their website has no translation into english.

Prices are ok but customer service is horrible

All communication with the order team has to be on mail. When you try to call them, they just tell you that they are to busy and hang up. They are not helpful and not proactive at all. Everything is slow and overly complicated.

The low prices is the only reason they get 2 starts.

False company & scammers.

Contacted them 3 times, still no reply. Ordered for around 477 euro, no shipment, no response, seems like a scam website, i'll be contacting my bank to withdraw the money.

Oh and their phone number is false, it automatically shuts off instantly.

On their website it clearly states: The goods will be shipped after receipt of money

DO NOT TRUST THE 5 STAR REVIEWS, THEY ARE OBVIOUSLY BOUGHT AND FALSE.

EDIT: Karton.eu gave wrong address information to the shipping company and my order has been stuck for a few days because of it. Now Karton.eu sent me an email saying:

Please note that there is a charge for re-routing and storage. Unfortunately, we cannot cover these costs and must pass them on to you.

They are trying to scam me for money. My zip code is 2500 and door number is 85, i entered it on karton.eu website when i ordered. They falsely put my door number as 21 and zip code as 2100 so they can say it's my fault and charge me for money. I will go on with this legally.

Due to a lack of information, we were only able to assign you as a customer to the correct order today. In addition, you had ordered under a different name. We have now taken a closer look at your complaint.

You ordered goods from us to Denmark on Sunday, 19 January 2025 - 20:48. Due to a stock shortage of one item, we were unfortunately only able to hand over the shipment to the shipping company on Thursday, 23 January 2025. We are very sorry that we did not proactively inform you about the delay. To make matters worse, the shipping company's shipment tracking has not been updated. However, we have replied to all your messages by email. The delivery address provided to the shipping company was exactly the same as the one you provided when you placed your order. However, the logistics service provider in Denmark has informed us that the address allegedly cannot be found / does not exist in Denmark. We have now forwarded your telephone number to the carrier so that they can contact you directly.

We hope that the delivery can now be sent to you as soon as possible.

late information, not working upload of print file - can't recommend!

I got the information that the product is no longer in stock for the next 4 weeks days after ordering and checking the status in my account without any information telling something does not work out... Also when they contacted me they said the printing file was still missing. I uploaded it in presence of my graphic designer, so the upload did not seem to have worked on there end. Also no information in my account that would get me suspicious. That lost time lead to me not having the product for the event I needed it for and no time to make a order with a better working company.
Thanks for nothing!

1.5 months delivery time, misleading info end extra charges here and there

I ordered a large quantity of product on March 19th, some boxes were tailored made and I was expecting extra manufacturing time because of that. Still, the expected delivery (abroad of Germany) stated in the system was 3-18 April. I receive an email today April 26 that only now the order has been shipped, so it will take another 6-7 working days to arrive.
So tot order on 19 March, ready on 4-5 May? This massive delay has costed my company a lot so far. Customer service replying to solicitation emails like its normal to wait this long and that everything was specified on their website.
They had no problem in charging me twice extra prices because of the large amount/weight for shipping and for extra production they incurred on my tailor pieces. I would not recommend them if you are able to find another affordable provider.

wir haben Ihr Anliegen geprüft und müssen Ihnen mitteilen, dass wir noch in der angegebenen Lieferfrist sind. Folgende Lieferzeit finden Sie auf unserer Seite unter Versandinfos.
„Die Ausführung der Gestaltungsarbeiten sowie die Lieferung der Ware geschieht innerhalb von 5 - 25 Tagen (Mo. - Fr.) nach Freigabe der Korrekturvorlage, soweit im jeweiligen Angebot nichts anderes angegeben ist.“
In Ihrem Fall stehen im Angebot unter Karton nach Maß wie auch in der zugesandten Auftragsbestätigung Lieferzeiten von ca. 15-30 Arbeitstagen bzw. 3-6 Wochen ab Erhalt der Auftragsbestätigung. Somit endet die Lieferfrist ca. Ende KW 18. Die Ware wurde heute an DPD übergeben und wird schnellstmöglich zugestellt.
Die Transportkosten wurden aufgrund eines Systemfehlers leider online falsch ermittelt und mussten somit korrigiert werden. An der Behebung dieses Fehlers sind wir dran.

Wir können uns nur entschuldigen und bitten um Ihr Verständnis.

Quality is very bad

Quality is very bad. When we received an order with boxes they were full of dirt and trash.
Another time I asked them per mail if possible to order same packing tape as last time, reply was that there is a processing fee when I order by mail. So I ordered packing tape online but
they charged an extra processing fee anyways after. I had already paid by paypal via the shop system so I ignored the processing fee. Now they are sending a warning with reminder fee without even the slightest notification.

Thief

11/12/23 : I ordered boxes on November 21 and I still haven't received anything. Nothing in my mailbox, nothing in my email box or SMS alerting me of the delivery. And when I contact them they tell me that it has been delivered!!! And nothing else...
I spent 85 euros and received nothing... It's up to you if you want to try it ?!

30/1/24 : Hello,
- When we buy a good with delivery, we expect the good to arrive and to be notified when it arrives
- When you prepare a month in advance for a move to buy boxes, you don't expect to have to buy other boxes at the last minute to be able to make the move possible! Thanks for the stress!
- When two months after the purchase we end up getting a refund, we don't expect that by email, we ask you to review your opinion on trustpilot! But it’s still the minimum to get reimbursed !
- So NO you will never see me again as a customer! We see how you don't put yourself in the place of the customer who has to move...

7 days later still in Germany

I ordered some package from the website. In the confirmation email was said shipping outside the country 7 working working days. 7 working days later the shipping is still in Germany and is not out even for delivery to Austria. I needed the package for this weekend. Shame on your shipping times,they are not correct, you are lieing your customers. How can I order again from you?

Very fast and professional company

Very fast and professional company. Even my carton box was wrapped in another small carton so that the ropes around it don't break my product.
Sehr schnelles und professionelles Unternehmen. Sogar mein Karton wurde in einen anderen kleinen Karton gewickelt, damit die Seile mein Produkt nicht beschädigen.

I am very disappointed of this service

I placed an order for some boxes where there on the website was stated that the delivery would be up to 5 days abroad. The company charged my bank account the same day I placed the order.
After a week I sent an e-mail to the company to ask when I could receive the boxes as I had not heard anything. I only placed the order because of the quick delivery as I had to use the boxes soon. I was told in a reply that they could not deliver as quick as was stated on the website and in the order confirmation.
I then wrote a reply that I wished to cancel the order as it would be too late for me to receive the boxes.
I never heard anything back. At first they replied fast but now after I wrote that I wanted to cancel the order I haven't heard anything for 8 days. I have tried to send several e-mails but I get no response.
Now I had to go to my bank and object so I hopefully can get my money back for a product I never received.
I am very disappointed of this service.

the shipment could not be delivered due to an address error. DPD informed us of this and we contacted you. He then gave us an address extension, which we passed on directly to DPD. Nevertheless, no delivery could be made, as this information could not be used to determine you on site. So the entire delivery went back to us.

We also responded promptly to all of your emails and informed you of the shipment status.

We therefore do not find your rating fair.
