Great product, poor service
I really like the product, but the service is lacking. I and my partner are working on a project and have been stymied by a technical issue. It takes hours to here back from a support person and then they have offered very little actual support. More of a "figure it out yourself" attitude, even though we are not technical experts, especially in your platform. It's just disappointing. I work with other SAAS providers and have not seen this lack of attention before. Disappointing.

Lots of great tools and mostly intuitive. The absence of documentation of many features including on social media have been frustrating at times but I have hired a developer who has been extremely helpful.
Saved me tons of time and very well integrated.

steep learning curve
steep learning curve, but once you get past it the world opens up and it becomes a lot easier. would be nice to see the ability to have more than just strip and paypal. I like stripe but despise paypal after they tried to rip me off on a transfer fee. Square is a great program and an integration for that would be awesome.

Outdated platform with great features
Outdated platform with great features. The website builder and overall backend interface is prehistoric. But the overall features are fantastic. I think they won’t last another 3 years if they don’t make serious upgrades but for now the benefits outweigh the downsides

It's the only platform that has everything I need
Honestly, there's a lot of new "all in one' platforms out there but I keep coming back to Kartra because not only does it have exactly what I need (From real email automations based on conditional logic to landing pages to my course) it is also the only platform that seamlessly weaves it all together.
Plus they reached out to me to make sure my email domain authentication was set.

Not good not bad
The whole program doesn't always feel as professional as I would expect. Support is great however, but it would be nice if you would have more opportunities on improving little details that are not possible right now (e.g. creating more leads for the same email address, having possibilities on kids/parents, more flexibility on lead management). Right now it often feels very strict as a platform in general. Having more options on integrations with other programs would also be great.

The email portion is not good
Like that everything is there together but
The email system is horrible. There’s no way of saving as you’re going & the design of the emails are so basic.
Everything else is just more confusing to use than other CRMs I’ve used.

Very good service and cheaper than other. Also, i used to pay 99$ for the starter pricing option and was upgraded for free to professional pack (459$/month) and still pay 99/month. So for me, Kartra is very good also all the options i need are there. Also customer service is fast and always help, so :) i recommand it.

I love using Kartra for my membership for over a year now, but sometimes the backend can be slow to respond. The Facebook group is a huge help for questions not covered in the docs.
