Kartra is the best platform I've used for my business. I've used Convert Kit, Active Campaign Campaign and Klaviyo for my business, but they never offered me everything I needed into one platform. Kartra offers everything in one platform, emails, landing pages, membership portals, email series/sequences, funnels and so much more. I was able to save $200 per month switching to Kartra and they're always making the platform better and taking care of their clients offering new perks. Oh and the Customer service is AMAZING!!!

I am so impressed that Kartra has automatically added me to their new upgraded membership level at no extra cost to me. They always make me feel valued as a customer and their customer care is great!

First of all the Kartra platform is everything I need as an entrepreneur. Instead of having a half a dozen different platforms to deal with, I can run my entire business using just Kartra. Second, the customer service is by far the best I have ever experienced. Top notch all the way I can't say enough about Kartra. Thirdly, the price is both affordable and worth every dollar. Typically you would expect something negative. But honestly my experience with Kartra has really been THAT good!

Kartra has simplified my business in ways I can’t begin to explain! So much of my headspace has been cleared up because Kartra allows me to remain in my zone of genius while they take care of the rest. Highly recommend!

I Hance been using Kartra for 5 months now. I love the ability to set up email sequences, broadcast and monitor leads automatically Create websites, pages and link to viveosis a great resource and time save.

Customer service and ease of use. The funnels have been helpful. My page loads fine. No issues at this time.

Membership platform is good, customer service has helped me on several occasions (I've always gotten quick and helpful service, so I really don't understand why people are hating on that), features for automating email campaigns, membership services, and pretty much your whole online business are second to none. Been running our business - Dementia Success Path - on Kartra for 3 years and it has been great.

Dear KARTRA,

Please seriously consider radically improving your server speed so that your customers website pages load as fast as your competitors. We, your customers, deserve the hard working recognition from search engine results for our online businesses, but it's fruitless if the platform we host from doesn't work as hard for their customers!

Based on one (of many articles) KARTRA is below average to poor in their server performance and page loading speed.

KARTA only needs to do a speed test on their own Home page using GooglePageSpeed Insights Tool to see for themselves how poor their page scores in page loads, performance, and so on.. This is bad for our business.

Will KARTA ever improve this? Or do many of us need to take our business elsewhere?

They simply cancel your affiliate program after you do all the work for them and don't give you a change to grow before earning commissions. Choose Hubspot or ActiveCampaign.

My daughter did a TEFL course with this crowd and I paid in full with my credit card. I only noticed today that they have been been debiting various amounts from my account over the past 6 months, probably longer but my bank records only allow me to go back 6 months. Make sure they don’t get your bank details!

I agree with the negative reviews written here. Auto-save didn't exist and system crashes with hours of lost work was frustrating. And the support was non-existent. It is disappointing that when you cancel, they immediately cancel your access to Kartra even though you've already paid for a specified time period and they don't offer any refund for period of revoked access. It's important that people know to export all their email lists and data prior to canceling the subscription.

Kartra has come a long way since I first signed up for their services, almost 3 years ago.
Their customer service is indeed slow (it takes a day or two to get back to you), but they are doing a good job answering your concerns after all.
Their platform is easy to use for building landing pages, forms, funnels, memberships and one-time products.
The only complaint I would have is the ability to use upsells/downsells properly. There are a few payment processing aspects that should be offered such as one-click upsells (make it easier) or applying a coupon with certain variations with PayPal. Their upsell/downsell functionalities are not that flexible.
Other than that, Kartra is a good all-in-one platform for anybody who wants to create a solid online business.

If I could give them minus stars, I would. Their product is substandard and clunky. They try to do all things and don't do any of them well and they charge you an arm and a leg to do it.

Most importantly - DO NOT pay for the full year. If you change your mind they DO NOT REFUND partial use. So, if you pay for a year ($2,000), and you only use 6 months - too bad... they don't refund past 30 days.

Their customer service is crappy, their product is crappy. Their attitude is crappy.

Horrible product. Horrible service.

Hours passes and you get no answer.

When you get answers, they don't take responsibility even when you actually try to pay them.

It's so freaking bad and so expensive.
I don't get how they still are in business. 🤯

Use your money on something else.
Buy yourself something nice and find another company.

There's free products out there with better support and a better product.

Then responds TWO YEARS later on a bad review wanting to give me another chance... What a joke...

Absolutely terrible - AVOID!

Platform is "clunky" to say the least, and very slow. Some editing elements get hidden, and some you just can't ever manage to get to the icons before they disappear. It is a bit like Wordpress 18 years ago!

Worst bit is support. Ask them a question and they just point you at documentation. Tell them that doesn't fix it and they just point you again. Insist and they say "We'll convert it to a support ticket", close the chat and then, (yes you know what is coming) they send you to the same documentation!

It is support stupidity at it's finest. No ownership of issues, no real understanding of the customer.

I really want to love it, but I don't.
People are raving about Kartra, I'm struggling to see it.
It has loads of features most of which seem half finished.

This is what you should know.

1) The support is a joke - live chat is active for a few hours a day. You often have to wait and most of the time they cannot help you because they cannot access your account and refer you to submit a support ticket (which usually lasts 2+ days to hear back from) or they send you to their FB group to ask users?? Seriously?

2) You cannot "undo" in the email editor. What?

3) Calendar is great but syncs with all connected calendars so you get the events created in all connected calendars.

4) Media library is only for certain features, not for emails.

5) It has minimal support by 3rd party apps

6) You cannot see who unsubscribed from your lists so you can delete them (because they are not removed if they unsubscribe from all lists)

7) Email text editor looks like from Windows 98 and is just as buggy.

I could go on and on, but this should be enough.
As I said, a lot of potentially great features but most half done.

I'm trying to toughen it out and see if they fix all these things (or find out it's just me).

I'm sure there's a lot to love but I'm still searching.

Draft emails should auto-save. I have to wait on client approval for A/B tests. Sometimes I get a response days later and will have to either leave the window open for days or totally recreate the email. Karta has many small frustrations like this.

**EDIT: changing this review to a 3/5. I frequently email the support team (when I'm too lazy to trouble shoot) and they always get back with a thorough response within 24 hours - so thx Kartra!
