They are crooks, I subscribed to their service at $400 a month, they sent men a bill almost $1800 even though I didn't use their service. Very bad company, stay away from it

You open an account and then nothing. Impossible to get a response from their support. They do keep sending payment reminders, but don't answer when I ask them to cancel the account.

I tried canceling my Kaseya subscription but was never successful. Even after removing my payment method, they kept my card details on file and continued billing. I emailed several times with no response and opened a support case that has been sitting open for weeks with no follow-up. When I tried calling my dedicated rep, the number just rings with no answer.
Very disappointed with the lack of communication and transparency. I expected better support from a company in the IT industry. If you’re considering signing up, be cautious — canceling is a nightmare.

Do not recommend. Their services are overpromised and criminally underdelivered.

Not a Partner for Growth-Oriented Businesses
Our company is currently experiencing rapid growth, and as part of that, we encountered temporary interruptions with our payment systems due to transitions with banks, payment providers, and internal restructuring. These are normal growing pains for scaling organizations.
Unfortunately, Kaseya handled the situation poorly. Despite a long history of timely payments, access to critical systems was suspended without direct communication or escalation. Emails were sent to an internal address that is not monitored for billing matters – despite previous instructions.
Ironically, their sales representative managed to contact me via LinkedIn during that same time to pitch new products, which proves that direct communication was possible — but apparently only when selling, not when resolving issues.
Shutting down core systems without understanding the business impact or verifying the context is not acceptable for a company that positions itself as a strategic IT partner. We were in the process of migrating our subsidiaries and acquisitions to Kaseya — thankfully, we didn’t go through with it.
Yes, we acknowledge our part in the delay, but the lack of escalation procedures and the aggressive account suspension were unjustified and damaging.
We will exit our contract as soon as contractually possible.
Bottom line: If you’re growing fast, look elsewhere. Kaseya is not equipped to support scale with flexibility, communication, or common sense.

They have taken over my Backupify subscription and increased the monthly subscription x5 without explanation. I have found it impossible to reason with them and have requested cancellation. They will no longer respond to me, just send me more bills. Very frustrating. I have never known anything like it. Try not to get involved with this company.

Kaseya has a troubling practice of auto-renewing products without proper consent and continuing to charge even after multiple cancellation requests. Attempts to obtain the contracts they claim were authorized have been unsuccessful. Their representatives seem focused solely on selling additional products rather than resolving existing issues, and overall support has been unhelpful. I would strongly recommend avoiding this vendor.

Our account manager Kevin is OVER THE TOP excellent. I would have given Kaseya zero stars based on our ten year relationship only 2 years ago. Kevin has worked very hard helping our company grow, and made a real difference in the efficiency and capabilities of our small team. The only reason it's not 5 stars at this point, is it was a VERY rough first 8 years, and that wound won't heal quickly.

one of the worst companies I have ever used, and will recomend everyone to stay as far away from as possible, I have also warned all my tradingpartners to avoid this company at any means.
first they charded my creditcard 50 times the amount of their sevice, then they refused to reimburse me, I told them I didnt want to deal with a company that had so terrible user exprience, again they refused to reimburce me, the refused to cancel my contract, even I sent them monthly emails, I had to call my creditcard company to cancel the card and get a new card because of this fraudulent company. now several years later I start getting threatening letters from a company the claims money on their behalf, and as usual practice they never respond to any communication. lucky for my I have all email correspondence with Datto and now Kaseya.
again I would recomend STAY AWAY FROM THIS Fraudulent company

Extremely frustrating billing experience. I’ve had ongoing problems with my Backupify subscription, especially with incorrect VAT settings and difficulties updating my billing address. Each attempt to resolve these issues has been met with confusion and delays, leaving me with little confidence in their billing system. What should be a simple process has turned into a time-consuming mess, and it feels like the problems just keep coming back.

Kaseya changed the UI of their once great Datto Autotask PSA and it is abysmal. The dashbaord don't fit, the colours are poorly chosen and the design team, despite hundreds of complaints, have refused to fix the system by switching back to the previous look. I am unable to use the system as the new look affects my vision and thoughts. And Kaseya staff are refusing to assist or cancel my contract, so are not working within the Equality Act 2010

This is the worst vendor I have ever had the displeasure of working with. They purchased Datto (a great company) and things pretty immediately went downhill. Services stopped working. No competent customer service. Despite that, they continuously try to sell me more products/services. They've been charging me for over a year for services I HAVEN'T been receiving, charging my credit card with no consent (they don't even have my CC number, yet somehow force charges).
This company is crooked, plain and simple. Avoid.
I have never had an experience this bad in my life with a vendor. These people lie to you at every angle to get you to sign on the line. then the bills start. they drag you in with promises of features that either don't work or don't even exist. if you believe them like I did, and let them get the teeth in, they will shut you off for a past due erroneous bill. THAT'S RIGHT!! SHUT ME DOWN FOR NOT PAYING A BILL THAT WAS IN ERROR AND WAS EVENTUALLY FULLY REFUNDED BUT NOT UNTIL I SPENT AN ENTIRE MONTH WITHOUT ACCESS!!!!! They refused to help and said I owed that bill until I made a connection on Linkedin with one of their board members. That was on a Saturday. The following Monday they were on it and ready to help!!! A month later they determined that the bill was in error. Yes, you read that correctly. A MONTH!!!! At every turn I have had nothing but ignorant employees attempting to stifle me with the "keep if professional or I'll end the call" when asked why they lied previously about their findings. I will no longer give a penny to this company and I hope they sue me for the $300k worth of contracts I have signed so that I can say this in court and have it a matter of public legal record. Kaseya is misleading their customers and doing things with their billing that appears very shady.
If I could give zero stars, I would.
Our experience with Kaseya and their IT Glue platform has been nothing short of a disaster. We signed up expecting a professional onboarding and a reliable product. What we received was months of missed implementation sessions, unresponsive support, and a complete lack of follow-through from anyone at Kaseya.
Despite repeated escalations and direct conversations with their team (who admitted the delays were their fault), no progress was ever made. They ultimately agreed to release us from the contract verbally — yet months later, they sent us to collections without warning.
IT Glue itself also failed to meet basic expectations: clunky setup, limited usability without extensive customization, and no real support to help configure it properly for our environment.
Kaseya's internal chaos, broken communication, and disregard for their clients’ time and investment is shocking for a company of this size. We wasted significant time, money, and resources on a service that never delivered even the bare minimum.
I strongly advise any organization considering Kaseya or IT Glue to think twice before engaging. Based on our experience, promises are made — but support and accountability are nowhere to be found.
Avoid at all costs. Sketchy leadership, exploitative contracts, and unethical practices across the board. Oh, and their products suck. They are resellers who buy products and ruin them by removing any development and hiking up prices. One star is too generous for these wannabe Trump conmen.
I understand what Kaseya might be getting at with K365 putting various vendors (which they have procured) under a single service model, but based on my experience you are getting a jack-of-all-trades and master of none service delivery model taking into account none of the platforms that have purchased were designed to co-habitat under a single system. A lot of what I've experienced has been problematic since connections between platforms and accessibility are being bolted on after the fact rather than built from the ground up together. Is there a value proposition to be made with their pricing, surely - but what they can't market is the experience after the fact which is why the solely rely on commitments often longer than 12-18 months to lock you into their pricing. Just remember, with anything, you get what you pay for. Proceed with caution.
I started out as a Datto customer, and Datto was great. Then Kaseya bought them, and now, not so much. Profitability for Kaseya is important. I was sold a product that costs me hundreds of dollars a month and makes me NOTHING!!! I was sold this product with a 3-year contract. When I commented that it wasn't working, my sales team tried to sell me $500 more junk product. When I offered to purchase something different, something that would potentially help my small business, I was rebutted. Then I got a new sales team who tried to sell me a new set of products. None of which has a chance to make me a dime, just get me spending more with Kaseya. I have tried 4 times to do something that was mutually beneficial, and 4 times I Kaseya personnel have chosen to try to sell me more products that will do great things for their bottom line and NOTHING for mine. Buyer beware. This is all about Kaseya, and if you go bankrupt they don't care!!
