I actually haven’t been able to purchase any of the Beautiful pieces as of yet. I am a regular collector of Special & Unique gems for about 2 yrs now.
I first saw these Absolutely Stunning designs by Kat Florence on Gem Shopping.✨ 💎✨ I hope not to upset anyone, but I have been a regular customer of Gem Shopping, ShopLc & even JTV. I have many Different Pieces from a simple 20 carat diamond bracelet to a Modani tourmaline bracelet, Opal & Tanzanite pieces.
I’m definitely not a Big Money maker. I run a small business & been running it for about 7yrs now.
I lost my beloved to ALS not more than 6 yrs ago, so as a Widow with a young son it’s certainly something to prioritize & budget. I was hoping to own a Designer piece from Kat Florence some day!! They look very exquisite, excellent design & detail to each & every piece. My favorite piece ( if you can pick out just one, HAA,HAA!) is the 18 carat gold signature necklace with her lovely name showing with a diamond accent pointing medialion hanging alongside it. ❤️
I’m hoping that perhaps there might be a way for the buyer who on occasion wants to enjoy a pretty piece, can attain them.

For two years they have send me emails for a new costumer voucher for the value of$1500
I picked out a piece 3 weeks ago and I gave Galen my address in the US. When he sent through the invoice I stated in the invoice free shipping and customs charges so I decided to send the piece to my mother in Ireland as a gift as i wasn’t going to see her until Christmas.
Roll on two weeks and I email customer service as I have not received a tracking number to which I was told I wasn’t getting the earrings that I purchased two weeks previously as a family member had purchased from them before. I explained that my mother was a fan of the jewellery and she had purchased from them before and that made me not eligible for the voucher yet the voucher states per person not per household. I was then told by Galen that they wouldn’t honour the voucher because of the shipping cost yet it clearly stated free shipping and custom charges.
This is definitely illegal costumer practice and I will be reporting it . If they had told me within a 24hr period after purchasing I would just forget about it but I told mother I had got her a gift and she was super excited. I’m sure KAT FLORENCE cares well for people who spend mega money on there gemstones but the little people like myself who don’t have much money to spend on jewellery are just doormats to this company.
Still waiting on the refund
So sad…. And to respond to KAT FLORENCE response I still have NOT received my refund and nobody tried to use any voucher in Europe and send it to my address in US. The reply is completely false ,as to justify their illegal customer practices … terrible buisness

We were privileged to stay at Kat Florence Diamond Cottage to celebrate a very special birthday for a dear friend.
The cottage couldn’t have been more perfect for six ladies that attended. It has a very modern kitchen with everything we needed including delicious coffee.
Each room beautifully decorated, very comfortable beds and ensuites with all the amenities. It also has very comfy couches and indoor fireplace to relax by.
It is smack dab in the heart of Elora but you’d never know when lounging in the hot tub or sitting by the garden by the fire pit in the comfy Muskoka lounge chairs. It has a very modern feel, yet has the historical charm of a hundred 150 years ago.
It has its own large, convenient tenant parking lot inbehind the Main Street.
Loved this place!

She doesn't follow trends - she is Kat Florence. She often uses very rare stones. I am always happy to wear her jewellery and get lots of compliments. I also find the service from Kat Florence Team always very helpful. You get enough information about the origin, size and clearity or quality of the gemstones. Closures of the earrings and necklaces are very secure. Shipping, service work flawlessly.
