Considerate and quick customer service

I contacted customer services to enquire whether I could buy one sheet of coroplast so that I could reduce the size of my cage (following the passing of one of my pigs). I received a response from Richard within a few hours, even though it was a Sunday, then the following day I received a quote and the order was placed. Really quick and thoughtful correspondence with Richard.

Cage flop

I was really excited to purchase a large 6×2 cage, only to be very disappointed. The grid cage is not sturdy & keeps coming apart. I'm really disappointed considering how much it cost & it's nothing I've done wrong. I would of probably been better off ordering off amazon for half the price 🙄 I'm only giving 2 stars & the 2 is only because of the updates I got waiting for the cage. I don't want to sell it on for someone else to be disappointed. I was going to order extra grids & accessories, but seeing how unsteady the thing is I definitely won't be. At least I can warn family & friends not to purchase from here now

Not impressed

I placed an order at 08:44 hrs Monday 18th, after not receiving any details of delivery i contacted them, i was told it was going to be sent by the end of Wednesday.
After checking Wednesday night and Thursday morning Evri had not received the items.
They dont meet the delivery times given, poor communication on order/delivery status.

The discount codes they bombard me in emails are a complete con, the new customer code and any other codes you have to spend a minimum of £75, many of the items likes hides are very over priced too.

Dont bother there seems to be far cheaper and better companies, sadly i used Kavee off a youtube video recommendation.

While we aim for all orders to arrive within this window, there can occasionally be delays once parcels are in the hands of the courier, and we truly appreciate your patience in such cases.

Amazing customer service

I accidentally ordered two cages instead of one on Saturday and emailed Kavee straight away, expecting it to be a bit of a hassle to sort out. But nope, the very next day I received an email confirming my refund, no fuss, no messing about! On top of that, my cage was delivered super fast too. I’m honestly so impressed with Kavee — brilliant products and absolutely outstanding customer service! 🫶🏻

Amazing customer service!

I contacted Kavee about getting a cover/lid for my cage. I just adopted a cat and now need to add a lid d for my piggies protection. My request was answered in 24 hours and an invoice for the pieces needed was prepared for me and set by email. Amazing customer service! All I had to do was approve the invoice.

Honestly not worth the money I spent…

Honestly not worth the money I spent over £300 the cage itself is flimsy chipped paint stuff don’t fit properly the plastic box that goes inside is cheap looking probably biggest waste of money I spent could of got same quality from temu for 20 quid

Great cage, poor paint job

Great cage with easy setup and I like the instruction video format but was disappointed with the quality of the painting on the white metal grids as almost all of them had a poor paint job/chipped/damaged paint which is a shame for how much it costed.
The boys love it though which is good and I highly suggest nibble guards too as they enjoy chewing on the edges!

Excellent customer service

I accidentally damaged one of the clear panels on the Kavee 4x2 with storage, loft and lid, whilst cleaning out.

I was sent a replacement panel free of charge. Thank you.

Disappointing. Better off DIY

To be honest I'm disappointed. I do like that the plastic is strong and high quality but it's awkward to put together, the bedding for the loft only goes one way which meant I had to to install the loft the opposite way around to how I wanted. I had a home made ramp I made out of cc cages and old towels and I honestly preferred that. Especially given all this for the loft cost me about £100.
