Complaint against Tamdis Delivery Service

Dear Kave Home Customer Service,

I am writing to raise a concern regarding recent delivery issues, while also recognizing the excellent support I have received from Miriam, who has been consistently helpful, organized, and professional throughout this process.

I have been a Kave Home customer since June last year and, across two flats in Málaga Centro, have spent tens of thousands of euros furnishing my homes. My experience until now has been very positive, which is why this situation is particularly disappointing.

Miriam carefully coordinated deliveries of approximately €10,000 in furniture into two planned shipments for 01APR and 30APR. However, the transport company, Tamdis, began attempting deliveries ahead of schedule and in a fragmented, piecemeal manner, despite no agreed delivery window. As we were not expecting deliveries before 01APR, we were not at home.

Most concerning was the recent attempted delivery of a 180x200 bed:

The delivery team initially had the wrong address, which we immediately corrected by phone
As the correct address is only a few blocks away, they arrived shortly after, and we buzzed them in
We observed them on camera with the bed, yet they never came to our door and left without any communication, taking the item with them

Following this, I contacted Kave Home via WhatsApp and received a response that was both dismissive and unprofessional, with no name provided and no acknowledgment of the situation. Instead, the message simply stated that the item could not fit through the building access and that I would need to arrange and pay for a lift.

This is unacceptable for several reasons:

No delivery attempt was made to our door, despite access being granted
No communication was provided at the time of delivery
The tone and handling of the follow-up were inappropriate and lacked basic customer care
The responsibility for resolving delivery constraints was shifted entirely onto the customer without prior discussion

This experience is not aligned with the level of service I have come to expect from Kave Home.

I would appreciate your assistance in:

Reviewing the conduct of Tamdis in this matter
Ensuring a proper and coordinated delivery solution is arranged
Clarifying responsibilities regarding delivery constraints and associated costs

I remain very appreciative of Miriam’s support and hope this issue can be resolved promptly and in line with the standard Kave Home typically provides.

Unacceptable: 3 attempts and still receiving broken and incomplete furniture

I am extremely disappointed with Kave Home. My order (ES27573674) has been a disaster from the start. This is now the THIRD time I have received incorrect or damaged items, and the lack of quality control is honestly insulting to the customer.

The Table: I finally received the base, but it came with zero screws. I have a huge piece of furniture sitting in my living room that is completely useless because they couldn’t be bothered to include the mounting kit.

The Chair: This is the second replacement, and it is still damaged. Their "solution" was to offer me a tiny 15% discount to keep a broken product. I didn't pay for "discounted trash"; I paid for new, functional furniture.

To make matters worse, they claim there is no stock for a proper replacement until the end of March. It is shameful that a furniture brand fails so consistently on the basics of logistics and assembly.

Avoid this company if you actually want to use the furniture you pay for. I am still waiting for a functional solution and the missing hardware.

Looks good but quality is awful

Looks good but quality is awful. 👎👎 I have ordered a table. Waited 3 weeks. The delivered table had screw holes wrongly located (2 cm). The table could not be assembled. Now I will needed to wait another weeks. Bad quality
