Received my dress nothing like what is advertised. Dress would ft a size 40!! Rubbish material. Could make better myself and I don’t sew. No return address. AVOID this so called company from Hong Kong

Trade as Serenie and StarCraft. Goods did eventually arrive, but had been poorly wrapped and were damaged. Charged postage even though not mentioned. Offered me a £3 refund for my damaged goods. Do not use them

Wish I had looked this mob up on Trustpilot before ordering from them. Shabby goods, charged me for postage, even though no postage was mentioned in their listing, but added to price when claiming their money from Paypal.

I wouldn’t even give these people one star if I had the choice, sadly when things seem too good to be true they usually are … looked like lovely cotton clothing but my goods have never arrived and I feel so so stupid to have been duped into placing an order in the first place especially as they discount the goods the more you order … you live and learn 😬

Don’t even deserve 1 star, sandals were rubbish, way too big, and look nothing like I ordered, PLEASE DON’T BUY FROM THEM. Thank goodness for pay pal, they gave me a refund immediately.

Do not deal with this company they will scam you take your money pretend your order on its way to you with tracking number but nothing happens it doesn’t change when it shows arrived in Cambridgeshire

DO NOT buy from this company, you don’t get what you ordered they have your money and not interested if your not satisfied with the goods,they will refund you a lot less than what you paid. Con merchants

I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering from Facebook add. I ordered a dog coat for my Golden Retriever after asking what size would be suitable for this breed. I ordered the size they recommended and it is far too small even for a slight, young Golden Retriever. They have told me to just keep it!!!! After persisting, they are now offering £4 compensation!!!! They are a most disreputable company. I paid through PayPal so will take it up with them.

AVoid this company , this company is an absolute scam , ordered a pair of country boots , nothing like the picture or what they advertised, the quality is shocking and I can't even get my feet in them . I waited 6 weeks for this rubbish , won't accept them back , paid £45 for this load of crap I'm left with . 😡

I gave them one star ,just to write a reviewer they aren't worthy of that, the sandals were not fit for purpose ,no surport in the straps to hold the sandal in place the heal is baggy so won't hold on,and the sole was flexible in advert ,but it is solid I think Facebook should take this of the site,I got in touch with the company and sent pictures, came back with they can't see anything wrong next step fairtrading

Bought sandals from Facebook as they looked really nice..came 6 weeks later and to big.. nit the size I ordered .. do not buy anything advertised on Facebook from another country..

After waiting 6 weeks to receive my sandals, they’ve finally arrived today, just wrapped in a bag, not even in a box so the sandals were squashed and out of shape, and they are terrible quality, nothing like they look in the photo they advertised on fb and are a size too big and not the size I ordered, I wish I had read the reviews first, but lesson learnt, I doubt I’ll get my money back, but I’ll go through PayPal to see if they can do anything. DO NOT BUY from these scammers!

Don't deserve even one star. I ordered a pair of loafers size 41.5. They've sent me today (6 weeks later) a pair size 39. I can't even get my feet into them. Fortunately, I ordered through Pay Pal so have put in a complaint. They are also very poorly made and sewn together. Do not use this company.

Don't even deserve 1 star this company. sandals sent 2 sizes 2 big and the company will not refund or exchange as they apparently sent what I had ordered! Absolute scammers and a waste of good money

This is a complete sham of a business. Do not order. Found through adverts on Facebook. Bought a pair of boots. They are a complete load of rubbish. Look nothing like advertised product. Terrible quality. Sizing is dreadful. They were contacted after delivery and said I could not return as they said they had sent what I ordered. I quoted their website and they still would not agree to a refund. I quoted consumer law and they just don’t care at all. They are a bunch of thieving ********.
Don’t order anything from them.
Chinewyear is another company doing the same thing, avoid them too.
Something should be done to sort companies out like these.

This company trades under many names starcraft network Ltd is their company trade name. They posted me not what they advertise, boots which were terrible. I've gone through PayPal to which they sent a return address I paid £19 for tracked and signed delivery to make sure they got back to China. I am still awaiting my refund after numerous emails. I have spoken to many people on Facebook experiencing the same problem. I can't believe they can't be brought down! Their websites are very professional. Do not buy boots from Kawaiiway avoid!!!!!!
