Sent boots that look nothing like the ad. Also wrong size, colour and no wool. One big scam! When I requested a return it took it to be done through PayPal for them to agree. The return is over £20 to China and the boots cost £31... they will not pay postage! One big scam scam scam. Posting ads of boots that are NOTHING like what they send

NICE PRODUCT BAD SERVICE
Very disappointed with this company. Ordered 2 pairs size 6 boots which took 1 month to arrive and were the wrong size! They had been repackaged in size 6 bag so company say they sent correct order. Left with 2 pairs of nice boots that I can’t wear 😡

Complete scammers
Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered a pair of boots and when they finally arrived they were awful. Cheap and tatty is an understatement. There were marks all over the boots, I couldn't even get them on my feet, not because they were too small but because of the way they were made. Communication is awful and their broken English responses make no sense. They will not offer me a refund despite sending them photos of how the boots look. If I want to return them I have to pay the fees to ship them back to China. They have now stopped responding to me and coincidently I can no longer find these boots on their website. They need reporting as are scamming people out of their hard-earned money.

I found this company on Facebook and checked them out before I ordered. I ordered some boots from them and the website said order your normal size which I did. They arrived ok but are much smaller than my usual size so are useless to me. I emailed customer service but they have refused a refund or exchange as they say it is against their policy. As you can't try things on to make sure they fit, what are you supposed to do when you have ordered in good faith. Incidentally the boots do not have a size on them so I have no way of telling what size they actually are. Avoid this company like the plague. I would have given no stars if I could as their customer service is terrible. I am now stuck with a pair of boots that are completely useless to me. AVOID this company 😡
