I was missing the bag from my bundle…
I was missing the bag from my bundle order. I emailed customer service and they immediately corrected the issue. Apparently they ran out of the bag during the fulfillment of my order and it got missed. I was sent a bag nearly immediately.

I did not order anything from this…
I did not order anything from this company and reported it immediately when I saw two orders on my Shopify. They still sent the items out days later and it’s not even a valid address. Now it states the items are being returned to sender. Something very strange is up with this company.No responses from customer service about the fraud after several messages. Buyer BEWARE!

Kayali is a company that cares! I support them truly and honestly if something isn’t working I absolutely will let them know. I love Kayali’s new lip gloss unfortunately mine was defective . But the team worked thoroughly to understand the issue and resolve it . I love this lip gloss and the new body soufflé ! The only two items from Kayali I’ve never tried are the hair mist & body spray ! But I love love this brand every perfume I have fun from is fun, uplifting and my absolute favorite is Vanilla Oudgasm which is so slept on!
