I still haven’t received my order yet
I still haven’t received my order yet, it’s been 12 days. Now it looks like UPS is saying it’s lost. I guess I have to wait to see if they find it- not sure if I should order again at this point.

I absolutely love the design of the bottle first of all! I feel real bougie! Second, each scent is picked blindly based on reviews are amazing i love them all started with sweet obsession kit. Then start ordering the full size bottles. So far yum bougie marshmallow, Eden juicy apple, vanilla 28, candy rock sugar, and fleur majesty. Now awaiting caramel kitty and the new vanilla cupcake 🧁 in ❤️ I love grown and sexy scents too but I love smelling like a whole ass BAKERY!

Disappointed
I love the Kayali fragrances. I have a numerous amount of the 10ml.
I was excited to receive my package and looking forward to experiencing these that I’ve never smelled. Unfortunately it looks like Lovefest may be leaking or broken inside the package. I have not removed the plastic wrap, but you can see where the lettering and red border have bled. I’ve taken pictures so I can send.

Lovely company and gorgeous fragrances
Lovely company to deal with, I’m new to the world of fragrances, so I really appreciate the fact I can purchase 1.5 ml to try, fairly quick delivery to Nz, have tried a few fragrances now and they are all very nice in their own way.. my fav so far is vanilla Royale sugar patchouli, waiting for Afterpay to be attached to website so I can purchase a larger bottle.. 🤩

My refund was denied. I got the duo set and it must be more clear that returns on this item is not accepted. £75 down the drain. Vanilla 28 smells horrid.

Couple things..
I loved the quick shipping but never recieved updates on when it would arrive. I would also ask when it comes to samples let the customer decide. I recieved a sample of Rose fleur fragrance. I am not a fan of it as I have a bottle but don't grab it as it is not a favorite and lasts maybe an hour on my skin. Would of love to be able to try any of the other scents.
