What a rubbish doll - nothing like what I ordered.
hard plastic doll, worth about £5 from the market.
Customer service is awful, they go round and round in a circle saying the same thing.
Stay away, suggest you throw your money in the bin first.

I ordered a doll for my niece's birthday, (SHE wanted a reborn boy doll) What arrived looked nothing like the picture. It looked like something you could buy from the pound shop. Managed to contact someone to ask for a refund and they offered me a 16% refund = £6.08. As well as having to pay to return the doll to China. Its an absolute joke. Very disappointed.
I just wish I could attach photos so you all could see the con.

Absolutely worst place to order, haven’t received my daughters doll, ordered a while ago, can’t find a phone number to contact anyone and no one responds to the emails either! Definitely won’t be using this place again!

The doll that arrived was nothing like the doll in the photo's, however it literally arrived just before Xmas so too late to do anything as a reborn was the top only thing my 9year old asked for. The hair is stuck on not routed like the photo's on the site showed and I'm just gutted I also didn't read the reviews. Luckily the doll is quite cute looking so my daughter wasn't too disappointed... but definetely not worth the £70 odd pound I spent on the thing. Don't be fooled into thinking your getting the doll in the photo's you won't be!.

The doll looks like a cheap doll you can buy anywhere. My daughter has now lost her money, as they won’t refund. There help is to send me a set of clothes, how is that going to help if my daughter hates the doll. I always read reviews before I buy. I can’t believe i did not do it this time . Thats my daughters christmas spoiled.

Contacted them to return the doll.they said they would send me different clothing.and offered me 20% off.im entitled to a refund so what's the problem.i have an ugly doll which cost me 52.oo.the company is bad and I won't be shopping with them again.no wonder the reviews are bad.i have to return the doll.dont know how much that will cost.i offered 25.00 for the doll.and I would have given it to charity. But they said can't do that as they will loose the cost of the doll. please don't shop with this company it so bad

They don't even deserve 1 star I've been ripped off because what the hell I payed almost £50 for a plastic doll you could find in the pound shop....

RIP OFF!!! Do not give them any money! I ordered a reborn full silicone baby doll and received a small hard plastic doll that looks like it came from a dollar tree! I truly feel like I was scammed!

Absolutely discussed with the doll, not silicon not a realistic like baby at all don’t waste your money as I’m you would be better off doing to a market and spending a fiver on a cheaper doll from there

We received a doll that looks nothing like we ordered. Another reason we ordered the doll was the outfit it shown in the display. Both look nothing remotely like what we ordered. Ugly, horrible quality and will be tossing this in the trash. It would scare our young granddaughter!

Do yourself a favor and go to trustworthy manufacturer that cares about the quality of their products.

I wouldn’t even give 1 star I am truly horrified at what I received against what I ordered as for Xmas gifts I will have a very upset little girl and trying to get a refund is pathetic

Terrible, do not give this company your hard earned cash. The dolls are nothing like what they advertise…if I didn’t laugh I’d cry, daughters birthday present only good enough for the bin! No reputable company would deliver tosh like this, doubt I will ever see a refund either …. Read and learn friends

I thought it would be a nice idea for my daughters birthday as her main present to get a realistic doll ordered and chose my options baring in mind at the check out this came to £75, shipping was slow and when it arrived was looking forward to seeing what it looked like and how excited my daughter would be.....it was nothing like what I purchased at all the doll I chose had only a little bit of hair like a new born dose it had long hair and it was bald in places the doll looked squashed like it had been heated and squashed in to position, it says fully working limbs they didn't move at all it was awkward to take the clothes off to see what I had received, the head wasn't apart of the body just looked like it had been stuck on nd tbh looked do ugly it was like a horror prop I am now trying to return her and all they've done so far is offer me 2 hair clips with are probably worth 2p each for me to keep the doll🤣 i can't belive how false the advertising is of these dolls and how people can put 5 star reviews on there. So disappointed my daughters birthdays not far away

this was the most terrible business I have ever dealt with. Do not buy anything from these people. I ordered a doll for my grandbaby and it was to be the first doll I was to give her. The doll they sent to me I could have bought at the dollar store. In fact, I think the dollar store quality, compared to this, is much better. My rating is less than zero for thier service

Absolutely shocking the cheap and thing that has turned it NOTHING like the picture and NOTHING about it looks lifelike it’s awful. I sincerely wish I’d read these reviews DO NOT BUY this rubbish

I bought two different dolls for my girls, when the dolls arrived they were exactly the same. I contacted the seller who claimed they were different but also claimed that the website states you will receive different clothes therefore they are different and as ordered (they were exactly the same dolls in the same clothes). I insisted I wanted a refund and he agreed as long as I ship them back to China. The address he gave me was totally fake, it was close (as in all in the same area) but it wasn't right. So I put in a dispute with PayPal and they agreed with me and I got all my money back. Thank you PayPal.
