Califia was courteous and knowledgeable and most importantly got the job done.

Khalifa came along this evening and fixed all the problems with my computer efficiently and quickly.Gave me lots of advice and set up my new monitor without extra charge. Very charming young man and very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

I’ll called the guys at KB Computer Repairs on the off chance they could come out to fix my
Monitors, expecting a big bill of call out charges/fixes and a long wait the guys just talked me through what I needed to do over the phone and everything was fixed in minutes! They did not want a penny for there services. I was totally impressed by there first class service and help given. Will use again in a second!!

From the moment that Khalifa arrived (on time!) and put on over-shoe covers to protect my carpets you could tell that this was a firm that had high standards.

From a collapsed and full-up PC system to a working one + new SSD + Windows 10 installation in two hours was an amazing feat (and not forgetting a follow up phone call when I had some teething issues).

Brilliant service. My HP laptop had a broken screen. I called Khalifa on Monday and my laptop was fixed by Saturday. The price was the same as I had been quoted at PC World and the service was so much better. No sending my computer off and waiting for 2 weeks without it. Khalifa came to me and fixed it at my house. Really pleasant experience and I will definitely use the company again if I ever need any repairs. Thoroughly recommend :)

I wanted to have more memory put into my laptop and contacted Khalifa to discuss my requirements. He was knowledgeable, professional and very helpful so we decided on what was needed and arranged for him to visit to carry out the work.

It took almost 6 hours to do. I thought it might be a bit weird having someone in my house for all that time but I needn't have worried, Khalifa sat quietly at my dining table and I almost forgot he was there!
He did an amazing job and I was so impressed that he could do all this without losing anything that was already on my laptop.

Not only is he very knowledgeable, professional and clever, he is a very nice, polite young man too. It was a completely stress free way of having computer problems/upgrades done.

I would absolutely use him again for any computer related needs and recommend him without hesitation.

Cannot fault this Company, Khalifa went above and beyond when my computer crashed, fitting a new hard-drive and ensuring that everything transferred that was needed. I'm intermediate in computer technologies but I had a seriously slow desktop and getting slower despite having 40 Mgs at the router and other associated problems unsolved.

Khalifa was quick to respond, even from France, quickly set up a visit, diagnosed the problems immediately and fixed my computer which runs better than it ever has in the past, even from new!

Total Hard drive failure but left after setting computer up anew with plenty of advice on preventing data loss in the future.
