Just brought a second watch from KC Watches (Omega Seamaster) and once again they were super easy to deal with, quick delivery and a great price.
Robert was quick with comms and mega helpful.

Excellent communication throughout purchase and competitive price.

I have to be frank and say that at the beginning i was a bit afraid of the purchase, given the saving i did on the watch along with the fact that I had to wait about three weeks before receiving it, although it was clearly stated at the placing of the order that such waiting time was to be expected to have the TAG Heuer Aquaracer Professional 300 delivered.

But Robert has been excellent in keeping communication and I have understood how his business model works. The watch arrived yesterday, a present for my son, and both product and service has been outstanding.

Truly happy to have found such a good and honest dealer, which I will surely use for hunting my next watches.

I was a bit nervous about buying the watch from a small company on the internet, especially as the price was the best I could find. Robert was very reassuring and easily contactable, being able to pay the deposit helped and he answered all my queries and kept me up to date with the delivery. I’m really happy with my watch and would definitely recommend and use him again in the future!

Just recently purchased a Tag Aquaracer from KC Watches for my grandson’s 18th. Birthday. Not only was the watch around £1,000 cheaper than a main dealer but the service was impeccable. Rob kept me informed of the status of the delivery regularly. Would recommend without hesitation.

I recently made my first purchase from KC Watches, a gorgeous TAG Aquaracer! At first I was dubious because the price was much lower than standard high street jewellers but I needn't have worried. I received my watch the next day, which was fantastic. I highly recommend KC Watches, Robert was exceptionally helpful throughout the process. I'll definitely be returning for future purchases!

Firstly I had never used KC watches prior to this purchase (November 2024), I stumbled across it via Hotukdeals and so pleased I did. I was slightly wary initially but I needn’t have been. The buying experience was excellent from start to finish. Robert kept me updated along the way and whenever I rang he picked up the phone immediately and took the time and care to speak to me which was greatly appreciated. I initially wanted the Milanese version of the Omega but unfortunately the lead time was longer so i went for this version and was not disappointed. Even when the watch arrived, although there was an issue with the watch Robert promptly sorted out. Watchmakers nationally could learn from KC watches and the customer experience offered.
