Like many others I thought these watches seemed too cheap to be true, but my wife ordered me a Tag for my 40th that arrived today as promised and I’m absolutely delighted with it. My wife was also effusive with praise for the communication from Robert too throughout the process. Highly recommend these guys and thanks again for all your help!

I found KC Watches by accident after using a price comparison site for the Tag Heuer watch I liked. I was slightly concerned at first, that at £500 cheaper than the other jewellers, it was too good to be true. After reading the reviews on here and checking it was a real company, I was confident to make a purchase. My watch was in stock for next day delivery, and Robert rang me in person to confirm my order and check which day would be good to take receipt of the watch. It arrived very quickly and was well packaged. The watch is beautiful and I had no trouble registering it on the Tag website. I highly recommend KC watches for excellent service all round.

I recently bought a tag heuer formula 1 watch. I will be honest at first i thought it’s too good to be true but Robert reassured me. Thank you Robert for your service. Anyone who is looking to purchase from KC Watches and are worried please don’t because everything is 100% legit.

I stumbled across KC Watches when looking to buy a Tag Heuer F1 calibre 16 watch.
The price caught my eye as it was significantly lower than other online sellers.
The 59 TrustPilot reviews were all excellent however I couldn’t get away from thinking “This seems too good to be true”.
I contacted Robert by email with a barrage of questions, all of which were swiftly answered in friendly replies and dispelled a lot of my concerns.
So, after much deliberation, I went for it and ordered the watch.
Delivery was early the next day by Royal Mail, well packaged and fully insured.
I was very apprehensive prior to opening it but when I did, there was my stunning watch in its presentation box with all original documentation.
The warranty card and watch serial numbers allowed a successful registration on the Tag website confirming the watches warranty.
I had intended to let Robert know that I had received the watch however he phoned me first to make sure everything was ok.
As other customers have said, what a lovely man to speak to. This personal touch was not expected but really went a long way!
This is a long review but I leave it in the hope other potential customers don’t let their doubts get the better of them.
KC Watches deserve your custom and you will not get a better price and service elsewhere. That is a fact!

Outstanding service from start to finish - and about £1000 cheaper than most other places esp on the High st

I had not heard of KC Watches so was a little nervous ordering online. The trustpilot rating gave me confidence. I am so glad I did. The Tag E4 wasn’t in stock but arrived within the estimated lead time, after securing the order with a deposit. After paying the balance the watch was delivered within 48hrs, packaging was great. For my next watch I will check them out first before going elsewhere.

Robert was amazing he was on the phone straight away as soon as I had made my order kept me upto date until my order arrived and when it did arrive it was very very securely protected and my watch was amazing I can’t wait to give it to my girlfriend she will be over the moon I would recommend this company a million times over amazing

Excellent service and communication from KC. Upon ordering the watch at a great price, I instantly got a call from Robert who informed me of that there was going to be slight delay in delivery, he kept me informed until it arrived in perfect condition. I registered the watch online through the TAG website and have full confirmation of the 2 year warranty. I’ll definitely be using KC watches again!
