Excellent service and communication from KC. Upon ordering the watch at a great price, I instantly got a call from Robert who informed me of that there was going to be slight delay in delivery, he kept me informed until it arrived in perfect condition. I registered the watch online through the TAG website and have full confirmation of the 2 year warranty. I’ll definitely be using KC watches again!

This was a a 21st present, so I have not had a good look at it yet. However, Robert was one of the most helpful and friendly people I have ever done business with. He kept me fully updated regarding th timescale, which he managed to turn around much faster the I had hoped.

KC Watches “Robert” is a very genuine guy. I did my homework first and he’s been in business for over 25 years. Flawless transaction. Any issues and he will sort it out immediately. My Tag Carrera 02 was in stock, so delivery was rapid. Registration on the Tag website was no problem and I was given an extra 3 years. So a total of 5 years Full Tag International Warranty.

Have just recieved my new TAG Heuer Aquaracer GMT from KC Watches and have to say I'm impressed with the service. Robert is a very knowledgeable guy and clearly knows his watches. Good communication and speedy delivery. Will use again for sure.

Rob was extremely helpful from day one. I was able to return a watch which was not to my personal choice, and he ordered an alternative that I chose which wasn't advertised.
