Excellent experience
Very pleasant staff in shop, on hand for advice and information but also not overbearing. Delivery was excellent, on time, efficient and everything went smoothly. We bought a pale coloured sofa, it arrived wrapped in protective cover so no possibility of it getting damaged or marked. Love both Keens stores, such a great range of stock

Great customer service
Super helpful in store customer service as well as over the phone. Due to ongoing renovation works & delays with tradesmen, Keens were able to hold my order for me for a number of weeks until I was ready for delivery. When I was ready, they were able to arrange delivery quickly at a time that suited me. I got a stunning 3 seater & 2 seater at a steal from the outlet store. Great experience!

Very helpful staff, you spent time listening to me describing the furniture that I needed for my house. They knew what they had in store and directed me to a high quality leather sofa which I feel in love with. They gave me all of the measurements to take home with me to ensure it would fit. A perfect fit. The deal was done.A couple of days later it was delivered by two very respectful, kind gentleman. They took time and care to prevent any damage to the sofa while it was being manoeuvred through my patio doors. It now sits pride if place in my living room, a cosy, classy asset to my home. An excellent serve indeed.

Lovely lovely people altogether. And as yer mummy always says "you only get what you pay for" Can't wait to buy again (which will defo happen because Keens were gracious enough to give us credit after we bought a sofa that was FAR to big in the room).
