Had a premium Account already a couple of times no problems at all

As mentionned in a previous review, in the past (ie: 5 to 10 years , yes I have been using the service for a long time) although I made fair request the commercial answer wasn't so good...;
BUT for some time they have TOTALLY changed their commercial attitude and respond positively to fair request, but I am sure they would respond negatively to an unfair request ...which is fair ;-).
And always responses come within light speed hours.

Experience has taught me that purchasing items in US Dollars, is an expensive exercise due to the horrendous US Dollar/SA Rand exchange rate. My latest upgrade to premium pro was a surprise package, most welcome. This is due to an exchange rate favourable to me as declining interest rates are going to influence economic growth and falling exchange rates in our favour. Best to milk the system, while the good times roll on.

Great site for videos and films. Any problems viewing and just a quick email to their support desk and within 30 minutes a resolution was provided.

This website is only afloat because of piracy. They have found a niche where they can steal from the world without paying their due. Your time is up k2s.

After less than 1 h from my message request, they reply to my issue and comunicate that temporary uanvailable service was restored.
