I was actually kinda happy with keeps…

I was actually kinda happy with keeps for the first year. not great results but at least my hair stopped falling out. then I moved from Texas to Colorado for a new job. updated my address online. order still went to my old apartment. called support. they said they cant replace it unless I pay again. I said but I updated the address!! they said "system shows it was sent to the address on file at time of order." so basically my fault even tho I updated weeks before?? had to pay for a whole new 3 month supply. then two months later they charged me again for the original order that I never got. had to dispute with my credit card. whole thing was a mess. I just cancelled after that. too much stress for hair that wasnt even growing back.

Moved to a different state and everything fell apart

I moved to a new apartment and updated my address in the Keeps system – or so I thought. The system glitched and still sent my order to my old address. When I contacted support, they told me there was "nothing they could do" unless I paid for a replacement. No free replacement like other reviewers got. I had to skip two weeks of medication. When I asked to speak to a manager, they just ghosted me. For a company that prides itself on "caring staff," they sure don’t care when you actually need help.

Four years of Keeps and I still look bald

I’ve been using Keeps faithfully for four years. Finasteride. Minoxidil. Every single day. And guess what? I’m still balding. My partner says there’s been zero noticeable improvement. The only thing that’s changed is my bank account – lighter by hundreds of dollars. I kept believing "slow and steady progress"would eventually show up. It never did. At this point, I’ve just accepted that Keeps is selling hope, not results. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

They promise results. They deliver nothing. Customer service is slow. No refunds. No real doctors. Avoid Keeps

Customer service is a nightmare when something goes wrong

Everything is fine as long as nothing goes wrong. The moment you have an issue – like a lost package, a billing error, or a prescription delay – their support becomes useless. I waited 6 days for a reply to a simple question. When they finally answered, it was a copy-paste response that didn’t even address my problem. I asked to speak to a supervisor. No reply. I’m still waiting for a resolution two weeks later. For a company that claims to have ëxcellent and super kind"support, this is pathetic.

Don't waste your money like I did

The company is very professional

The company is very professional. They are caring and have such a wonderful staff. My hair is actually growing back and im super excited to see the full results in a couple months.

Beware of the Tactics - DO NOT AUTOSHIP

This company when you do not have the required medical consult will show it as if the held the consult and charge your card and auto ship their product. The will not refund you anything when they ship you product you did not request. They just keep responding with the same statement regardless of who you talk to and what explanation you privide. I will report this as a fraudulent charge since they somehow made a fake consult look as if it occurred. I will also report the medical inappropriate activity to the appropriate agency. Terrible customer service!!!
