The New branch of Kellaway Building Supplies is simply the best builders merchants in Chippenham.
The stock is great and the layout is superb! It’s so well organised and clean, that you could eat your dinner off the floor?!
The quality of timber and materials looks very good.
I would highly recommend that you take a visit!

This company treat their customers with absolute disrespect and with total disdain. I placed an order for £818 worth of building materiel on 17 September 2024 and paid as instructed via BACS as they would not accept a card payment from myself. On 19 September I received an email saying that the money had been received and my goods would be delivered on 27 September 2024. I rang Kellaway on Friday 20 September to confirm that all would be ok for the delivery as I wanted to book my bricklayer, yes I was told all is ok. On Friday 27 September 2024 am I rang Kellaway and was told the order would be with me pm no mention of any problems. At 3.30pm the order arrived without the bricks! The driver could not understand why I had not been rung as he had wasted a journey to myself. I rang Kellaway and was told they had the bricks but at another depot, I said no problem just send them over either today or the next day which was Saturday. I was told by Kellaway, say what you like we will not deliver your bricks until next week! What a way to treat a customer. I asked for my money back and was told it would be done immediately. On the Saturday I rang Kellaway as no money had been credited to my account, the manager said he would call me on Monday 30 September to say when I would get the refund, and to give me the telephone number of the boss Julian Milligan so that I could tell him how his staff treat customers, no such call was received by myself. I drove to Build It Building Supplies and bought the same products £300 cheaper than Kellaway and had them delivered to suit my timescale. I still await a refund. I would suggest using Build It if you want your materiel delivered on time and at a fair price.

Issy was laser focused on providing sublime customer satisfaction to any customer who walked through the door.

Furthermore I was astounded by the atmosphere created by the team. Ryan was dedicated to ensuring all my needs were met.

Valerie was incredibly knowledgeable on the product rage and herself with Steve looked after me when ordering in store.

Upon arrival at the yard, Kai and Luke loaded me up smoothly and considerably.

Craig was alright.

We went into the Hartcliffe Branch, Bristol last week to order another huge amount of supplies, the guys there were very helpful and chatty and we scheduled delivery for a time that suited us.
Fantastic customer service, and an easy, flawless process. Can't thank the delivery driver enough, we had a full wagon load to be dropped off. He happily and very skillfully used the hiab to lift and place every bag and pallete carefully and exactly where we needed it placed. We wouldn't go anywhere else for renovation materials, the fact that their prices are also best when comparing to other suppliers is an added bonus!

Kellaway Initial Impressions. This was my first visit to Kellaway's new store in Chippenham, and I was impressed with all aspects of the store, but particularly the welcoming, friendly helpfulness of the staff. I needed a bit of skirting board and was sent to warehouse by the helpful receptionist where the two gentlemen staff proved knowledgeable in helping me select correct product and to provide right size. Altogether a pleasant experience which ensures I will return.

I needed some roofing material but also advice on materials. Nick Cole and Dave Thacker at the Bridgwater branch were outstanding.
They were extremely helpful and polite ( rare in this day and age) especially when you just need some honest help.
I will always use them in the future.
This has always been the case whenever I have used them. Thanks to Dave and Nick - appreciated.

A huge thank you to your Tewkesbury branch staff for being so helpful and generous towards the Medieval Festival this year and previously. The staff went out of their way to support our (sometimes strange!) needs for plumbing supplies for the site build.

The guys at the Yate branch are always really helpful..quick turnaround to pick up materials too.always smiling..even when I turn up at 11:45 on a Saturday 👍🏻👍🏻

For the last 12 months I have been renovating a property. The help I have received at the your Tewkesbury Branch is brilliant. Steve and Val go out of their way to HELP, nothing is ever a problem.
Very grateful.

Ordered 7t of loose aggregate to be delivered to site. They dropped off 8.7t and now want paying for the 1.7t I didn’t order or don’t want !!
Ring me weekly looking for my business and then proceed to treat customers like this. All branch manager wanted was payment wouldn’t listen to reason and the told us he was going to shut our account. All in all a terrible service from start to finish and what a way to run a business.

I went into Horfield branch in Bristol.
I asked a guy called Kiki if he could load up my van for me as i had recently had an operation. It was very busy at the time but he did it with no questions asked. His customer service was fantastic and deserves a big pat on the back.

I needed a v small quantity of individual paving stones to match my existing ones, Jodi helped me to get a close match. It’s a very organised business and she kindly explained all the prices to me to get the best option and the payment / ticket system that they have there - you pay in the shop and collect your goods from the yard.

Amazing service, would highly recommend to anyone. Customer service 10/10

Great service, we live down a very narrow lane but the driver was amazing delivery the ton bag of hardcore on our drive. Highly recommended and will definitely use again

We used Kellaway Bathrooms for our en suite and main bathroom.

Lucy Deas was extremely helpful, she helped us design and plan the bathroom as well as helping accommodate changes.

We had several queries over months of planning and she happily advised us in a prompt manner. She looked up products for us which helped us alot as we got overwhelmed with all the options online!

The quality of the products are fantastic and the delivery was very prompt.

We had an issue during installation where the shower profile was too wide, Lucy and her collegue helped us with that query on the same day!

I highly recommend using Kellaway Bathrooms for all bathroom needs!
