Been drinking Kenco smooth for years and the last replacement sachet tasted awful. I even made a 2nd cup full to see if anything else had changed the flavour but no! Both were tasteless so went down the sink.
Even thought my tastebuds had changed in fact my betterhalf said have I got covid!!
So now changing brands- pity as loved Kenco Smooth.

I’ve been buying Kenco cappuccino sachets since Nescafé had a distribution issue early last year and it has been lovely . BUT what have you done to it ? It’s completely changed . Watery , loss in depth of flavour not as frothy … awful

Have been using Kenco decaff coffee for years, but in the last few months they have changed the recipe !
Its awful, very bland and tasteless, obviously cheapened the brand, and looking at all the other negative comments it appears that I am correct, will not be using them anymore

I've been using kenco coffee pods for an extremely long time, but just recently something has changed, the coffee has become tasteless. I though I had lost my sense of taste. I shall be sending back the last few packages I have left and will be seeking to change my coffee machine.

Kenco 3 in 1 was my favourite instant which I took to work for years. However, something has drastically changed. The most recent batch I bought is awful. It is not even recognisable as coffee. Bland and watery, I couldn’t drink it. A complete waste of money as I bought several boxes without knowing it had changed. It doesn’t deserve even one star.

What have Kenco done to the Latte Sachets? been having them for years, now we ve a new rebrand and the taste has gone. No longer creamy but leaves a disgusting after taste. Used to look forward to my morning latte....YUK comes to mind now.

New kendo 3-1 is awful! Taste is non existent unless I have a third of a cup and even then it’s a mild flavour of watery nothing. Have to add a tad of milk which makes it cold. Have moved onto another brand now unless you bring it back. Would have given a zero if I could. Surely Kenco your not selling as much of this new brand as shelf in the supermarket is always full, as before they would always run out!!

I am so disappointed this is a coffee I alway brought but this last purchase its terrible whatever they have done to this coffee I will never buy it again. Why change the taste and not let your customers know? Its bitter whoever came up with that idea they should be fired as all they have done is made the company lose customers. Really disappointed

KENCO in my eyes is a fake
as it's only 15% coffee beans and 85% instant coffee. I will never buy it again. I feal I've been scammed 😡

Purchase the latte sachets for many years there has always been a variation in quality but over the past few weeks they have been consistently weak, pretty much tastes like hot water.

Kenco decaff Millicano has become terrible. It doesn't dissolve properly. Some of it floats on top, the rest sinks to the bottom of the cup. The last three tins have been the same. I tried to inform them but there are no contact details on the tin. I found an email online but it came back undelivered. I've drunk Kenco coffee since the 1980's it's always been my favourite but I won't be buying any more.

I have been drinking Kenco for many many years and was shocked when i tried my new batch. kenco 3 in 1 these were the only 3 in 1 s I'd drink and enjoy, now they all of a sudden taste a lot weaker and not nice at all, sadly if this is how they are going to be from now i'm not buying. I am going to throw the lot I've bought, what a waste of money. Hope you read these reviews and go back to the old recipe otherwise you will loose valued customers.

it's gone horrible kenco smooth . got a very bitter after taste . never buying again . have to find a nicer instant coffee.

Why do company's feel the need to change something that is already good and sells well they should just leave things as they are unless their sales drop please go back to original recipe and don't follow what Nescafe did to their coffee sachets there is always plenty of these on the supermarket shelves since they changed does not sell as well the same will happen to Kenco now

Smooth Taste has changed.

It really tastes awful.

Even from first time opening it.
A strange bitter taste and tastes cheap.

Dont know what kenco are upto but the stuff is vile, reminds me of cheap supermarket own brand coffee, doesn't even taste like coffee,more like wheetabix with warm milk and to top it off they want more money, but now each jar is 5g less. Will be throwing in the bin and going back to nescafe gold intense, nescafe just as bad with taking coffee out, their jars now down to 190g but atleast they taste like coffee and not cereal.

Loved the oat latte that was available, but recently discontinued so very disappointing . There are no alternative sachets out there which are plant based.

WHAT HAVE YOU DONE ?
.. it tastes nasty, weak, not frothy, bland, tasteless .. unless you add loads of extra Nescafe coffee, which sorts of defeats the object ...
Will defo be trying other brands now ... such a shame

Used to buy Kenco Latte sachet but lately tastes like water instead of that lovely creamy taste. Sorry will not be purchasing these any longer.
