Bad Customer Service
I contacted customer service. My card was compromised. So I asked if I could return it. They said I couldn’t. It’s been 3 weeks. There’s been a charge made on my card and I never received the item that was ordered. I will never purchase anything from that company.
My Kendra Scott necklace tarnished in 4 months
I bought a gold pendant necklace back in early December 2023 and I wore it maybe 4 months and now I guess I have a silver one because it tarnished within 4 months and the store refused to fix it, I was told not to wear it every day and don't get it wet, what's the point of buying a necklace you can't wear everyday? I also NEVER got it wet. You'd think since Kendra Scott it pretty big franchise they could help. Anyways I'm sure Their silver necklace's are nice but if you prefer gold I would encourage you to buy somewhere else.
Very disappointed
This was my first time buying from Kendra Scott and I was so excited to receive my jewelry. I was extremely disappointed when I received my package. The jewelry did not look like the photos on the site, much smaller. Also the packaging was disappointing as well seemed to be for cheap jewelry.Expected alot more from this company

I have given this company over a handful of tries and every time I buy a necklace it breaks and yeah I go back and I buy another one because I think it’s my fault but it’s not. I just bought a Kendra Scott necklace from target and it arrived with the clasp broken, it was packaged well, very nicely in plastic but yet the clasp to hold the necklace together was broken. Why were these not checked on the assembly line ? Why weren’t these checked before they were sent out? Why weren’t these checked by the target store employees?? this is ridiculous to have a $40 necklace sent to you broken!!!! , so clearly it’s the manufacturer and the company that is having issues!!!! every single one of their pieces of jewelry is a piece of junk :(

I had made an online purchase and applied my 50% off birthday discount, but after the order was placed, it changed it to only 20% off. I was frustrated and contacted Customer Support the next day, and they were very helpful! Dionne fixed it for me immediately and was so kind. As for the quality of the items, I have never had an issue with the jewelry, either.

I orders 2 necklaces (3) weeks ago and still have not received. Finally check my order status and they shipped DHL and then the package will be transferred to USPS to deliver. These necklaces are not cheap and for KS to use and cheap and unreliable shipping method is despicable. This will be my last purchase from their website.

Their return policy/process is archaic. You cannot return online purchases in store, despite them having the same items online and in store. (You can recieve store credit, not a refund.) Their online return policy is to mail the items back and wait 15 business days from the point when they recieve the item. That means I sent something back May 4 and still haven't gotten my refund on June 5. According to them, they still have three days to make the refund. I never recieved any confirmation that they recieved my return or that my refund was pending. I had to call twice and request I get an email telling me where in the return process I am. It'd be easier/faster to dispute it with my credit card. Don't buy online unless you are 100% sure if your purchase! Also the quality is terrible for the price- buy jewelry at Target.
Tarnish silver earrings gone bad.
I am a loyal customer of Kendra Scott, but very disappointed on a pair of her Silver plated earings tarnishing on me.
I have cheaper earings longer and they are are in good condition. What can be done about this?
Terrible exchange policy
My very sweet husband was trying to get some matching earrings for a necklace that I have. Unfortunately, he got gold instead of rose gold. I sent an email asking if there was a way that I could exchange it and got no reply. Then I called and was hung up on because they had no one to answer. I tried the next and was told that they wouldn’t exchange.
Almost immediately after I wrote this review customer service responded to my original email and said they would make an exception. I asked if I could go in store and they said yes. When I went in store it was a lovely experience and the workers were so kind and said this happens often and had no hesitation to swap without me even showing them the email. It seems that the in store experience is so much nicer than corporate.

Horrible customer service and company policies. How this company can be considered successful, and/or a good company is beyond me! I am surprised there are not a ton more complaints about them in this day and age of technology. Birthday discounts are a scam. Refusing to credit my card instead giving me a gift card/store credit when my package was never delivered. It was like they were giving me the finger for my birthday!!!!
Terrible customer service (if needing a return)
After super fast delivery, the process of obtaining a return label was labourious at best and incredibly time consuming. I had to constantly chase for any reponse. Customer service tooks days and days to reply, they couldn't locate my order even though I provided the order number and my email address. I had to provide screen shots of my order as they were adament it didn't exist. Clearly it did. It was sent to me!
If you are confident you don't need to return anything, all will be well, but if you're expecting a prompt and easy return process, stay well clear and avoid this company completely.

First time and last time ever ordering with this company!
I placed an order that was supposed to arrive just in time as a gift. Tracking number said it was delivered but my doorbell camera never captured footage of anything being delivered, I looked everywhere- nothing was delivered. When I called customer service they said they would send out a replacement- I never received an updated tracking number or email confirmation. Almost 200$ worth of jewelry and no updates. They don’t stay on top of the orders, I have to keep trying to reach out for a replacement. Terrible experience!

I live in uk .My daughter lives in houston have visited on many occasions . I ordered a gift card on the 13 march 2024 . Never arrived to my daughters e mail . lots of back and forward was told that the company had never taken the money . reordered again .! Send e mail to chase the second gift card received no reply. My daughter has been told today 27th march that they do not take international payment ! Very disappointed customer service is shocking . spoke to someone on the chat , felt like i was just being fobbed off !
Kendra Scott Kindness
After placing an order of jewelry boxes and necklaces online for Christmas, I went to the Kendra Scott - Short Hills Mall, New Jersey location to exchange one of the jewelry boxes because my daughter wanted a different color.
One week later, I went to wrap presents, and I realized that I left one of the KS necklaces in the jewelry box I had returned. I was so upset.
I went back to the store the next day, explained the whole story (and showed my receipts). The saleswoman, Hannah, was so kind and understanding, and replaced the necklace.
The holiday season is a stressful time, and to receive such kindness after I had made a mistake meant so much. Thank you to Hannah at Kendra Scott - Short Hills for remembering what the holiday season is all about.

I wish there was a negative star review. I have been a faithful Kendra Scott customer for years. But no longer. They say they are doing their best with the resources they have. - clearly they must have 0 resources as customer service is non existent. Read their BBB cases in the last 12 months. You call the customer service line only to be disconnected after you choose to hold. You send multiple emails to be told they will respond in 24-72 hours each time, but receive a reply weeks later. This company has gone down hill. I for one will choose to take my business elsewhere. There are many competitors to Kendra Scott. I can only assume their limited resources are a result of losing market share to those competitors based on the way their customers are treated. Do not shop here unless you want a hassle. Non existent care or concern for their customers.
Terrible service
Terrible service. We have ordered for past few years with no problem but this Christmas we got bracelets for the teenage girls that do not fit any of the 4 girls. Have tried to call to rectify and continue to get hung up on. So frustrating! I got earrings and a necklace that look really cheap but they were not. Never again will I order. I had no idea they were so bad with service.

Restrictive Christmas Return Policy
I ordered a pendant for my granddaughter for Christmas on October 22. When I gave it to her for Christmas she said she would rather have the same necklace but in gold. When I called to ask about a return and exchange they said they are only honoring Christmas returns purchased from November 1 through Christmas. Since I ordered it on October 22 they would not extend the return policy for nine days. Very poor customer service. I would not recommend ordering from this company.
