Absolutely horrible customer service

Absolutely horrible customer service - I’ve emailed since December 20 on a return that I made December 6 - I still have not received a refund and no one has responded to my email. For the price you pay for this garbage costume jewelry- you would expect a higher level of customer service. I will absolutely never again order from Kendra Scott

Came broke

Such cute earrings but the clamp does not work so one of them constantly falls out. Used coupon on them so I can’t return, paid a lot of money for them and now i’m stuck with a broke pair of earrings.

Horrific Customer Service and suspect company behavior.

It took nearly 10 days to get any form of response from customer service to explain why my order hadn't arrived.
Apparently it had been returned to sender, but no one from Kendra Scott reached out to address that with me. They just kept $400 of product and did not refund my order. They then appear to have on-sold my order without delivering it to me as I was then told several of my ordered products were out of stock.
I will NEVER purchase another item from this company. This is horrible service and quite frankly borderline fraudulent behavior.

Absolutely disgraceful they can get…

Absolutely disgraceful they can get away with taking your money & not even responding to emails for weeks!! I’m having to wait to open fraud case with my bank to try to get my money back- I ordered start of December for my daughter for Christmas & they waited until 21st December to email to say they’ve cancelled?!!- said I won’t be charged but I have!!! Now I’ve got no necklace, no money & barely any time 🤬😤 They’re impossible to contact- No telephone uk number, chat service so rigid & just then directs you to email which takes them forever to respond to!!! Will NEVER purchase from them again!!!- stay away!!!!

Worst company to order from

I would not even give Kendra Scott one star, but that is the lowest it will allow me to. The customer service is the worst out of any company I have experienced. Supposedly this company “gives back” but maybe they should try to help the people the buy from this company. It is ridiculous you are placed on a hold for 5 minutes, and cannot get an answer from anyone. My package of 80 dollars is missing, and I have yet to receive a refund. I would advise to not order from this company. I have been trying to contact them for three weeks.

All of the negative reviews are 1000%…

All of the negative reviews are 1000% accurate. I ordered Christmas gifts over 3 weeks ago, my card has been charged but no merchandise has ever been sent out. I have tried to contact customer service by phone, chat and email, crickets, no response AT ALL. Please be wary when ordering, not sure how they are even able to operate like this. Filing charges with my credit card company for theft

BEWARE! Terrible customer service online and in store

I purchased 2 necklaces online on 12/9/23. On 12/13, I saw a BOGO 1/2 off for the items I purchased. I sent an email to customer service that day about a price adjustment (since it was within the 1 week window) and never heard back. I went to the Deer Park store on 12/15 to see if they could help. The young manager, Jessica (with a smirk on her face), did everything she could to say no. She eventually, reluctantly, agreed to the price adjustment IF I jumped through several more hoops and came back to the store with more "documentation". When I went back, I talked to Sarah, another manager, who was more than pleasant and helpful. She did my price adjustment/refund quickly and easily. Almost a week later, I got an email from customer service. No apology for the late response and no offer to help. I have purchased many items from Kendra in the past. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth. With so many other options, I will not buy from Kendra again.

I ordered 4 pieces from KS on Black…

I ordered 4 pieces from KS on Black Friday. Got a shipping email on 11/26. Since then, there has been no updates on the shipping status. I tried calling customer service over 10x and have not been able to get anyone on the line. Emailed support 2x with no response. Given their brand recognition of their products, their custom service is beyond horrific! I still have no idea where my order is and have no luck getting a hold of anyone from KS customer service or support.

I ordered my daughter a necklace for…

I ordered my daughter a necklace for Christmas when it arrived it is the wrong one. It’s completely different necklace than I ordered and is a cheaper one than I paid for. Been 3 days trying to get in contact with cs. I’ve sent emails, called, and tried the live chat. I just keep getting they have no one available.

Customer service is non existent

I ordered two pieces of Jewelry form them for a Christmas present this year. I received only one piece of jewelry, even though the tracking information says both are on the same tracking number. The invoice sent with the jewelry only lists the item I received. I emailed Customer service and got an auto reply that they would get back to me. I have been attempting to call them all day. No one is answering the phone. The customer service is very sub par. I do not recommend anyone order from this company.

I have ordered online 3 times

I have ordered online 3 times, but I have no idea if my order went through; no confirmation on line, no emails. I emailed customer service to inquire, but haven't heard back. I tried the live chat, and the customer service line, but after being on hold for some time, the message says no one is available to assist you, and they disconnect. So disappointing!

Lost order

I ordered a necklace from them on December 1, 2023. I have a screenshot of them thanking before my order with my order number. I wanted to check the tracking on the necklace, and that order cannot be found. On December 3 I emailed them and got an automated response. Which I expected because it was a Sunday. But still nothing on Monday. Emailed them again on Wednesday the sixth. Again, automated response. No feedback. Try calling them, on hold for 40 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. It was my first time trying to buy from them and I will never, ever attempt it again. Nor will anyone I know.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. They charge you twice for an order and do not credit the original charge back for 5-7 business day after the item has shipped. This is problematic essentially when purchasing a high dollar amount. And this information is not disclosed to the consumer at the time of purchase. Also, I am reading poor reviews regarding the jewelry I purchased and am anticipating a bracelet will have to be returned if the clasp issues aren't resolved. I hope this doesn't turn into another poor customer service experience.

Truly disapponting.

How I wish I read these reviews before buying. 11 days after placing my order I have still not received it nor a shipping confirmation, despite my having paid for express shipping. And this was intended as a present for this Saturday. :( Moreover, the customer service is ignoring my messages.

Would give zero stars if possible. My Mom wanted one of her necklaces for her birthday. I received it and would be embarrassed to give it to her as a gift. Item looks unfinished. Do not buy from Kendra Scott!

Wish I could give them a zero!!!!!!!!!! I placed an order, two items. They were shipped separately. The first item came, but I never received the second item. I emailed them as I could not get through via phone. The tracking number for the second shipment stated that the package was damaged and they notified the vendor. Finally received an email 5 days later to tell me the item was received. Yes, the first was, but not the second. The customer service is awful. How are they in business???? Still trying to get my item!!!!

I purchased a n3cklace online paid $25 to have it a 1 day ship received it 4 days later. They refused to reimburse me the entire amount as I returned the necklace I drove over 2 hours away to get the necklace for my granddaughters Bday. VERY DISSATISFIED!! If I could give 0 stars I would. They told me to read the fine print on the shipping !! WoW. Oh and I got hung up on.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM KENDRA SCOTT

The jewelry is junk and so is the customer service. My mother in law bought a KS piece for me for Christmas and the chain broke. I contacted them and the company refuses to honor the warranty because they claim they can’t find her “account info.” She bought it from the store in Dallas, how is she supposed to have an account? Stay far away from this company. Jewelry is made in China and they refuse to help out their honest customers. Will never buy from them again!
