I had a great experience of using Ken's to have a removable towbar fitted.

Everything was done on time and they took great care in explaining how everything worked before I left.

We had a slight problem with the bleeper they fitted but when I raised the issue they swiftly fixed it.

I could not be happier with the service.

Used Ke's Autos for years, even have them in my mobile memory under the name of Ken Zortose, ha!

Yet again they came up trumps in finding me a hard to get part, well done to them yet again

Went back to Kens Auto Spares this morning, and they were concerned about the issues I had experienced and immediately fitted the Alko style tow ball, as a good will gesture they also gave me a new tow ball cover.
I feel they were genuine and as a result of there honesty my trust in Kens Auto Spares has been restored somewhat.

I had a towbar and parking sensors fitted in my C4 and it was a very good customer experience. Booking was very easy, pricing excellent and customer service was brilliant. Considerable time and care was given to explain features and use.

As a clueless driver looking to fit a towbar this service was fab, helpful and easy!...Lots of advice from a friendly team resulting in a very happy customer who can now get her horse out and about with confidence! Thank you :-)

I have just had a towbar fitted. When I booked they called back saying I cant have the day or location I had booked for. Then they wanted me to leave the car over night. Eventually we settled on a 9am drop. I dropped the car at 08h30 and asked if there was any way I could collect by 12 and was rudely answered that this was impossible. I asked for 1pm and got a "sort-of" agreement. I got there at 12 to drop some groceries off in the car and politely enquired how much longer it would take and I was told another hour. I came back at 1pm and was laughed off by the owner saying not ready yet and to comeback in 1/2 an hour. They made me wait a full hour till 2pm before they let me have my car. I have had many tow bars fitted all to passats and not a single one has taken more than 2 hours. I find their customer skills and service to be totally awful and advise you to look elswhere and not even use these guys even if there was no-one else. Fit it yourself you will do better than these clowns.
