Need a tow bar for a caravan with twin electrics show how it works

Finally a garage where you are actually overwhelmed by the service experience.

Quick service, polite, down to earth , and didn't make me feel
Uncomfortable as some places can when talking about cars

I am happy with the service that kens autos did, I needed a new rear reg plate and a new 12s socket on my car and within approx 90 mins the car was ready. They are a friendly and would recommend them to any one of my workmates and family

I wish I had got another quote first. We have a towbar fitted already which was causing problems so the new towbar that I was having fitted wouldn't have made any difference which i was told when I got there so that cost me 30 pounds for them to send back? After being told it would make a difference from the person on the phone making another call to a garage to ask their opinion which they have denied saying. My regular garage does not charge for this if the part is wrong. I was given another two options of new back suspension springs or rubber lifters fitted in to my existing springs which I opted for. my car was booked in for 11.30 but they didn't start it till around 12 after our discussion i got a call just before 1.30 to say car was ready which I thought was quick as they had told me 2.30 this cost me 120 pounds i found on the receipt when I got home had cost me 20 part's and 100 for labour. I was told the price but then it 100 pounds for 1 and a half hours is a joke and plus the 30 for return of the towbar. So i will not be returning to this garage or recommending them.

I went to two different places first to have a tow bar fitted and a cycle rack and they sent me to Kens Auto. I find that he was very helpful in helping me pick the right cycle rack for my needs he also went out of his way to show me how to put it on my tow bar.

The shop may not look much, but I could not fault the service nor the product.

Ken's got recommended by my garage for a tow bar. Got bus back to work and then came back to see everything done well. Really neat job and as priced. Works well. Was a detachable tow bar with electrics and it is so easy to use.

Might try hiring an electric bike next time looks like fun!.

I placed my new car in the hands of Kens Auto's hoping and praying they would not scratch it, They did not but did a superb job with Tow Bar.

On the afternoon of 11 JUNE the car was left for a detachable tow bar to be fitted for collection later that day. On collection informed that a wrong part had been received and the new part would be delivered the following day; the fitting of which would take 15 minutes max. The car was taken back on 12 June pm and 4 hrs later was finally ready! The parting comment was if there was a problem the fuse in the boot 12 v socket was blown. We have tried to connect our trailer to the tow bar today, 1 July and none of the electrics work at all!! We are extremely disappointed and feel as though our money has been wasted. We cannot recommend this at all.

I needed a tow bar and 13 pin electrics fitted to my Mercedes Coupe.I obtained a quote on Kens,easy to use website and booked the car in by phone the next day.Only Westfalia supply a tow bar to fit the Coupe,and to all accounts,it is not an easy job.
Delivered the car to Kens Carlton branch and rang in later to see how they were progressing.I was pleasantly surprised to find the car was ready for collection.
The tow bar was the detachable type,and all aspects were fully demonstrated before I drove away. Within the next two days,the tow bar,fittings and electrics were fully tested by carrying out a 400 mile round trip,to fetch a caravan from Dorset.All went like clockwork.

Had a tow bar fitted for my bike carrier ( i also went to Ken's Autos for the same thing on my previous car) and the price was still very reasonable especially when compared to the excessive quote I'd received from the dealership. They sorted and fitted the number plate and overall I couldn't have been more pleased with the job they did and in particular the customer service I received......no complaints or issues and in fact quite the opposite. When I get good and/or above average customer service it still comes as a surprise and stands out, It shouldn't but it does as standards are generally poor so it was a pleasure to deal with Ken's Autos and would do again!

I had a towbar fitted and would recommened Kens auto spares to any and all of my friends. The job was done within the time frame quoted and at a very competative price. I will use you again for my next towbar.

Just had a tow bar fitted to our VW Golf at the Carlton branch. The customer service we received was excellent, probably the best we have come across for years - The staff were polite, friendly and very helpful. The job was done onetime & at the price they quoted. They even did us a great price on a bike carrier - Can't fault them.

We were very pleased with the service we received for fitting a tow bar to our car for towing a cycle rack. It was all done as promised. He also fitted the rack we had on our previous car and I would have no hesitation in contacting him to fit one on the next car when ever we change the present car.
