Hired a tool to be delivered on Saturday 10AM, no one came, no phone, I chased it four times till 1PM when I gave up. On one of the four phone calls, I was told the toolnwas tested but didn't work and they were trying to get me another one. I didn't believe that story.. I still haven't heard from them. I have requested a refund.
I hired same tool a week ago and it went smoothly.

Man that got the digger down the alley was excellent however bit quick on explaing the machine on how it works had to figger the key bit ourselves . Battery went day two had to come n recharge other than that they were amicable and let us keep it longer over weekend to get the job done . More explaining is needed can only use for 7 hours not longer .

The Crain was delivered on time and collected once I’d finished the hire. Nice piece of kit though the pressure release screw had been mangled by a previous customer. Did the job ok though I’d rather not of had to resort to mole grips to lower the job.

The scissor lift I hired dud the job required. Delivery was on time. The driver was friendly and helpful.

Very professional and very competitive. Hired a wacker plate for a weekend. Arrived earlier than planned and shown how to operate. Was called on the morning of the off hire to check I had finished with it and picked it up 15 minutes later. Will 100 percent use Kent Hire when I next need anything. Thank you.
