As with my order 9 months ago, KBS provided a first rate, streamlined ordering service without any issues. We got what we wanted, on time at a sensible price. Installation was excellent too, turned up when they said they would, no fuss, no rubbish left behind and friendly service too.

From quote, to order, to install, Rob and Chris did a great job. Having used the 2 large blind/shutter companies ( lets just call them "H" and "TS) for my other windows, I can tell you the difference in price and quality is worlds apart. Bespoke shutters were cheaper, better quality, come with a 5 year guarantee and the customer service is perfect and compared to others actually exists!
I highly recommend this company, don't bother with the large corporates, support a small local business who is getting it right.

Excellent friendly and attentive service from the home visit, onto the proposal (with a CAD drawing of the bespoke design), right through to installation.
The shutters are exceptional quality and this is complemented by the expert installation.

Kent Shutters did an amazing job on our bay windows. The team were friendly and professional throughout the process. The shutters took a while to be manufactured but it was definitely worth the wait. They look great and we are very happy with them.

I used to think smaller, local independents were more expensive than the bigger companies but I was very wrong about that and I'm finally realising they usually offer better products, with better service for better prices.

This was certainly the case with Kent Bespoke Shutters. We used Hillarys for our bedroom a few years back and the finish was very poor and there were some scratches on them too. Hillarys completely ignored all our communications so we decided to go local when fitting the majority of the rest of the house this year and so glad we went with Kent Bespoke Shutters.
