We have had shutters installed on all windows (12), including the patio doors. Rob was very knowledgeable and helpful. The quote was provided during the visit. After we accepted the quote, KBS provided temporary blinds for free while waiting for the shutters to arrive. The price and quality offered was very competitive. The installation date was 3 months after the first visit. The KBS team was punctual, tidy and the work well planned throughout. The shutters are elegant and minimal, exactly what we were looking for. We could have not asked for more!

Absolutely fantastic company. From start to finish,friendly,honest and very professional. I can’t recommend Kent Bespoke Shutters enough. The entire experience from quote to fitting was perfect. There was no pressure to buy but they were by far the cheapest of the companies I got quotes from. In my measuring appointment, all my options were explained clearly and I fully understood what I was getting.

The fitter was lovely, very respectful of my home and the finished product looks amazing. I had shutters fitted into a square bay and they look like they’ve always been there. Small touches like lining the shutters up with each window pane really make a difference to the finished look.

I will definitely use KBS again for any further shutters and would 100% recommend.

Had our shutters fitted yesterday by the amazing Chris and Rob. Chris arrived on time and he was very considerate in everything he did even to the point of wearing slippers. He worked the whole morning and was ready for Rob when he arrived at mid-day. They then worked together completing the upstairs shutters and then the large patio door shutters. They removed all the rubbish.
The final finish to each window is superb and we cannot recommend them highly enough.
We had received 2 other quotes before we settled on KBS and are really pleased we decided to use them.
From the initial meeting and quote to the fitting yesterday we have absolutely no complaints.

Rob came along to quote, no hard sell, just useful information to guide you to your final choice. Chris came yesterday to fit, the tidiest fitter ever! Even came with his own slippers (apologies from spaniel Arch as he thought you had brought him a new toy!) And Chris took away all the packaging. Not forgetting Kate as well for superb communication! Rob and his team deserve praise for their service level, systems, protocols and execution of their business.
From first introduction at quoting to todays installation, I cannot fault any part of the process.
The price was unbelievably competitive, the product exceptionally good quality and the excellent installation by the lovely, polite and tidy Chris today… all top notch.

couldn't be more happy with our new shutters! we have been putting these off for years because we were so worried about the amount of companies offering them but the service we received from Kent bespoke shutters was amazing. when rob came for the initial meeting to discuss designs and measure up it didn't feel like a big sales pitch. he was very patient while we went over all the options available and gave plenty of great honest advice. although slightly delayed (about a week) we were kept informed and rob couldn't be more apologetic when he came to fit them. were fitted and gone within an hour and respectful of our home leaving it spotless when they left. thank you again and will be recommending to anyone who needs shutters.
