They were vey helpful, and accommodating. We had a long wait from ordering to installation, due to a manufacturing issue. However they kept us well informed of progress, and were very helpful on the day of installation,

Kent Shutters quality product in 6 weeks
The home visit allowed us to explore a range of styles and colours. Everything was fully explained.
Only 6 weeks wait for installation( other companies 12 weeks).
Delighted with fitting service, very tidy and hoovered each room.
Shutters are now fitted we are delighted.
A friendly and efficient service and great product.

What a great experience, excellent service
What a great experience! From first contact they were really friendly and professional, never trying to sell or put any pressure on us. They measured up, gave good advice, provided a quote, which we took up, and installed all as planned. They kept us updated all the time and did what they promised in all respects.

From the moment I contacted Zena at KBS for a quotation , after I had seen my sister's lounge shutters ,to the day of installation I received nothing but 1st class service , I was so pleased with my kitchen window shutters I decided to have them in my lounge to as they lend such elegance to a room , and I am delighted with the finished product and effect .Rob was my contact /installer and talked me though my options with his professional opinion and helpful suggestion's. Great service and product
Great service from Kent Bespoke Shutters. Two bay windows worth of shutters in our Victorian property were fitted well and look fabulous. Whole team were helpful and responsive -whole process took approximately 6 weeks.
