From first enquiry to completion it was a joy. The service is outstanding and the product fantastic.

The shutters are beautifully made, and were installed quickly and in a tidy manner. I am so pleased that I looked around and found Kent Bespoke, rather than buying from other outlets that use Chinese goods. Competitive price too, and prompt service.

From the moment we contacted KBS they made it an incredibly easy process - answering our many questions being so patient and knowledgeable. Now we have had the shutters fitted they are perfect and exactly what we wanted. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Even though their quote was not the cheapest, the quality of the product and the service that we received at the initial appointment made us accept the services of Kent Bespoke Shutters. Excellent service from the beginning of accepting the quote to the installation of our shatters. We were kept informed of the process of our order until the day of installation.
