Very short shelf life on some products…
We got sent some medical emergencies drugs with an expiry date in August which means just over 3 months until we have to buy news ones. It is understood the shelf life of some drugs is short but I would expect at least 6 months.

Was sent the wrong equipment and the 1st customer service representative I called said because I had opened it nothing could be done. I tried to explain to her that the fault was from kentexpress as what I ordered was not what was sent but she was very dismissive and refused to help rectify the situation

This company website and ordering…
This company website and ordering system was hacked. I was then charged for orders that I had placed but were never dispatched and which I did not receive.
I think the company should have checked each invoice before being sent to make sure the items were actually dispatched.
