They make great product. Filters are high quality and preform with out standing results

I have been using these filters for my photography mostly ND 10 and ND 4 Stops, found them excellent. I have not noticed any colour cast in my pictures. Planing to go for magnetic set in future.

Kentfaith filters are really good! I can always count on the one I’m using (mostly the Black Mist 1/4) to add exactly what I want to my images.

Bought different items in the past years, tripod, filters, camera bag and more.
I would rate them as best "value for money" given the product quality, relatively low prices and free shipment.

Do not order from this company.
If goods are faulty and need to be returned they need to be returned to China despite supplying a return address label in the UK.
They state that they will only cover £15 of return costs. This does not
cover the cost of heavy goods.
Under UK distance selling regulations the seller is responsible for all return shipping costs.
We have escalated a claim via PayPal and will escalate a claim via our credit card should a full refund of the goods and return shipping not be settled.

**DO NOT** order from this company. My order was delivered to the incorrect address, and they have provided absolutely no assistance in rectifying the situation.

I contacted Royal Mail on the phone, and they confirmed that the parcel was delivered to the wrong address. However, they have been unable to retrieve it. They have advised me that if the sender calls them quoting the case number, they will confirm that the parcel is lost. Unfortunately, I have been continuously misled by Kentfaith, who have assured me that they have phoned them and received confirmation of delivery. This is clearly a lie. A simple phone call to Royal Mail is all that is needed.

I strongly advise against wasting your time and money on this company.

Edit: after posting this review I received an email with an apology and a refund within 24 hours. Amazing

Updated review: I have been in contact with Kentfaith since writing this review. They responded quickly to my issue with my return, and they continued to work with me. I very much appreciated not only the ease of being in contact, but their willingness to give me a partial refund for the cameras I purchased and tried to return. While I have still not received the cameras in return from China, I have received the partial refund. For this reason, I am updating my review from 1 star to 4. The trail cameras I bought seemed to be good cameras, they just did not work for my purposes. I would give 5 stars to Kentfaith if not for the return process, which is difficult, and expensive. Their customer service, however, deserves 5 stars.

I have various kF filters and they get the job done,the color fidelity tilts a bit to the warmer side but it's something I can easily correct during editing. I have found the 1.5-11 stops budget variablND filter very satisfying.
The price performance ratio is great and despite the not so great color fidelity I will always buy their filters.
Am hopeful they will keep improving and also continue offering us great prices.

The support from the product manager was custom made and very detailed. Thanks to him I was able to fix the problem without returning the product. I definitely recommend their support!

I didn’t mind their filters cast when I was first getting into photography. So I bought the GD3W geared tripod head. Imagine my surprise when it broke the first time. Then a completely different part breaks on their replacement 6 months later. And you decide to be honest about the cheap quality their gear brings to the table. Polished excrement at best.

Bought a few filters for my lins to test out ND and polarisation from Nano-K serie, they are quite cheap compared to other exclusive brands and have nothing to complain about. Works as intended and will try out the Nano-X for my more expensive lenses.
Only "downside" is the shipping from Asia is a bit slow so if you want it fast you can buy from Amazon, but to a higher price. They often have discounts on their website.

Same thing here. I have a very bad experience. Be careful if you buy a lot of things that they will come anywhere in the world. Just purchased a few items. Thinking they're all local but not. Their products still in China. Just sharing.

The product is amazing, strong and practical for what I need. Everything is ok. I strongly recommend it!

Kentfaith is offering customers money to write reviews. They are asking for a screen dump before you get your money. DO NOT TRUST THEIR REVIEWERS!

Update: Kentfaith responded to this review, asking me to delete it and promising that I will receive a gift if I do so. Kentfaith is shamelessly attempting to manipulate their rating. So don’t trust it!
