Quality product. Quality service.

Quick shipping and quality items. I have bought several things from them (camera bag, filters, tripod etc) and all have been great value for money, especially the carbon tripod.

This camera tripod is a piece of inspired design and engineering - versatile sturdy and attractive in orange and powder black. Use it for telephoto and macro photography - service and delivery seamless

The quality of video camera is worse even than Temu. Absolute garbage! Don't waste your time and money on their products. Terrible built quality, feels like a toy it can break anytime. The software and video quality is promised 4k but is ACTUALLY HD. Return process requires emailing and the customer service agent Claire argues with you 😂

I’m very satisfied with these Black Mist filters. I also bought an ND filter from K&F Concept — those are great too. They make amazing products in terms of price and performance. The Black Mist filter creates a dreamy feeling in photos and videos.

I currently use the full range of K+F square and magnetic filters for my landscape photography , after years of using filters I have finally found a set I am truly happy with in image quality , build quality and cost. Zero color cast , ease of use 10 out of 10 .

I just wanted to share an unexpectedly good experience I have had with Kent Faith. A little while ago I contacted them about the possibility of getting a replacement for the leg of my old but very well used tripod that had been lost on an expedition. After a couple of emails back and forth they determined the discontinued model of my tripod and said they would search the warehouse for old stock. Expecting to hear nothing more I was amazed to receive a final mail this morning to let me know that one had been found and they would ship it to me.
No one could ask for better service from a company than that.

Great company and products. I have bought several things here ... latest the ND magnetic filter set and it´s an awesome set that I use for my long exposure. I can only recommend this company.

I use a magnetic non-variable ND filter for video shooting and am extremely satisfied with it. It's essential for shoots that often take place under the blazing sun, such as in Southern California or northeastern Thailand.

Sometimes you want to shoot wide open but its too bright outside, so having an ND filter available saves the day. I always carry my Kentfaith variable ND filter with me to shoots and the quality of the control ring and glass take nothing away from the quality of my professional camera and lens.

Had a problem with my tripod leg pads so i went and asked for replacement parts, they helped me find them and they arrived quickly to greece with no extra fees etc. the quality of every product is very nice, my vnd for example is cheap no color casts and does the job. thanks!

I find the product, built & quality to be excellent. The price could be a bit lower though.

KentFaith filters are excellent. And so is their customer service. I have bought their ND-filters, Black Mist-filters, CPL-filters and also different adapters for Fujifilm, Sony and Nikon Z. All work beautifully.

Ordered once , but everything ok . I chose free delivery and it was very fast , like 10 days to Romania. I like it , the prices are very good and K&F never dissapoints.

Good price but if you want to return it, you have to ship it back to China at your own high cost. Ok, that's understandable, but the 4K mode had large noticable scanlines going through its recorded video, super annoying and unusable. I am talking about "Pocket Action Camera 4K 30FPS Videos EIS Stabilization 210min Battery Life 64GB" , the 4K mode is basically unusable!

THEY ARE ALSO VERY SLOW TO REFUND! They received my return more than 10 days ago and no refund was initiated until I remembered it weeks later and then emailed them and they only then said “ok, we’re now processing your refund. It will take you another week to receive it!”. It seems they intentionally hold on to your money as long as possible. Borderline scammers.
