Had a little trouble ordering on the web site but after a phone call all went well. Surprised how soon it arrived a delivery date notification would have been nice. Was surprised that it arrived as flat packs, waiting for fence to be erected but it looks great

Straight forward, no problems.
Bit of a delay in getting samples sent out, but once that was completed, and an order placed, everything was all OK. Delivery info. was accurate.
Products received in good condition.

I asked for delivery to be delayed from Fri to Mon, spoke to a guy in shipping on Thurs, no problem he said and items duly arrived on Monday as requested. Good service.

Brilliant service from all the staff,weather it be over the phone or at the shop, could not have helped me anymore then they did (other then put up the cladding themselves).

Having dealt with this company before, I was only to happy to deal with them again only on this occasion I was a little bit upset at having to pay £15.00 delivery on items that cost less than the delivery charge. And I would seriously consider not to use them again.

Great service ,expensive but swift delivery, ordered a remote for my deck lights unfortunately I was sent a different remote to the one I ordered. But it will do the job
