The driver dumped the item on the lawn at the front of our home, he/she was not to know that the package contained electronic equipment, and it had previously been raining. To assist the delivery I switched on the front door porch lights, why was it so difficult to walk an extra 15 feet and either knock on the door or at least leave the package in a dry safe place? Uncaring, lazy, I'm at a loss for words-Ive normally had a good experience with this company, this driver really needs a severe talking to by management.

Received ample notification regarding delivery which was live tracked. The delivery team had the courtesy to phone about 30 minutes before arrival.

Lights arrived in a timely manner and were very well packaged, delivery by DPD, driver very polite and happy.
As mentioned by other customers, the twin conductor wire tail on the fitting is too short, it needs to be at least double its length if not more. Why havnt the manufactures taken onboard this issue and rectified this ongoing complaint?
Lights fitted and working, a vast difference in my garage compared to the fluorescents that have been replaced. Very attractive price also.
