I ordered an item via B&Q app
I ordered an item via B&Q app, Keplin dispatched in good time. However they were let down by the courier Evri.
I contacted Keplin regarding the failed delivery and a very kind customer service officer called Arthur not only promptly refunded me but also advised should the item be delivered by Evri (fat chance of that) then I was welcome to keep the goods even though I had a refund. Exemplary company for sure!
Keplin are debating whether to change couriers, I think that would be a wise decision 😊

Great company. Unfortunately my item stolen from my property as evri just left it outside the front door on a main road! However I was promptly given a refund, my situation was dealt with fairly amd professionally im very happy.

Great Customer Service from Keplin, not so from Evri.
We ordered an air fryer from Keplin which was being delivered by Evri. As with every single parcel we expect from Evri, they said they had lost the parcel and it wasn't delivered. We contacted Keplin who arrange for a refund. However, a few days later, Evri turned up with the air fryer. We contacted Keplin and advised that, we we had now received the goods, we were more than happy to pay for them and asked for the refund to be cancelled. Keplin insisted, despite attempting again to pay for the goods, that we keep the goods free of charge by way of compensation for all the delays caused by Evri, which was very generous considering that it was Evri who lost the parcel in the first place. Very good Customer Service from Keplin.

Resolved issue promptly
After a delivery delay with Evri, they were unable to deliver the parcel as it had sustained some form of damage on its journey. I contacted the company and a helpful lady named Manasi resolved the issue by sending out a replacement promptly. Many thanks :)

Lost weights
I dealt with Carl over an issue with some weights I ordered that got lost in the post. He was most helpful and in the end cancelled the order and reimbursed me. Then the weights turned up - many weeks later. I offered to pay for them but have been told that is not necessary.

Excellent customer service
My hoover developed a fault and I contacted Keplin via email. My response was prompt. Carl at Keplin was apologetic and friendly and sourced a replacement for me without fuss! Excellent customer service which is very difficult to come by these days!
Good customer service
Experienced problems trying to register the warranty online but the matter was resolved by a phone call from a friendly member of staff who dealt with the matter quickly and efficiently. The Keplin double air fryer is a great product and I highly recommend it.
Amazing products and customer service
Their customer service are amazing when dealing with problems! Their man Carl is the customer service agent I spoke with and as I’m not the most easy to deal with person……for most people I take my hat off to him.
The responses from customer service were quite prompt and the air fryer I purchased from them, the keplin 9L air fryer, is an amazing piece of kitchen equipment. It has drastically sped up the time it takes to cook dinners, especially with a 12 month old.
I highly recommend Keplin Group for kitchen products. If nothing else their customer service is amazing

Had the hand held kelpin hoover,smashed it to bits after 1 use these clearly have no suction and should not be allowed to be sold has a vacuum cleaner. Marketing con should not be allowed to be sold and strongly recommend that people don't buy them.

Great customer service.
Purchased an electric hot water bottle from the Keplin Group for an elderly relative.
Within a few months the item developed a fault. I contacted the company and dealt with their representative Carl. Who was polite and professional. On ascertaining the issue Carl organised a replacement bottle.

Made an order online.. all fine. Wasn’t sent.
Messaged them, for them to then reply. It maybe delayed
Then they cancelled the order to say I might receive a different item (still hadn’t been sent)
Said I wanted the item, by the end of the conversation got told to go and buy it from someone else (even though they are still selling this themselves!!)
