Excellent customer service
Customer service representative, Pranav, was extremely helpful with questions and support for my order. An excellent service provided on behalf of Keplin. I would recommend and use again.
Example of great customer service
After trying to speak to a human on Amazon and going round in circles with there algorithms re a lost delivery. I eventually contacted Keplin group limited. A young man called Pranav couldn’t have been more helpful and resolved my issue instantly (Thank you Pranav).

Great Company, socially responsible
After a bit of a mix up with delivery and a third party courier, we ended up with not one but two air fryers! Pranav was extremely helpful and responsive getting to the bottom of the issue and authorised us donating the spare one to our favourite charity supporting homeless people into housing. Such a kind gesture, I will be recommending them and using them again. Thanks Pranav! :)

I have founds Lugs really professional. I ordered a case which ultimately I had to return due to me ordering the wrong size.it arrived well packaged and quickly. The case itself was great quality. Wish I’d read these reviews first. Purchased a Kiplin hoover from Morrisons only to find the brush head was missing. Took it back but it was the last one, so contacted keplin and explained the problem, to be told NO we can’t send out brushes because I didn’t buy it off their website. I can buy brushes from them though!!!!! Or I have to take the hoover back to Morrisons get a refund, and then purchase one from their website at double the cost.

Initially the courier lost the parcel and therefore Keplin refunded the payment. Then the order arrived and naturally I offered to pay but Keplin said keep the product as a gesture of goodwill. Service and generosity like this is rare in the modern world.

Poor service, lots of chasing and end result no product being delivered.
Placed an order. Requested upgrade delivery due to date required. Was advised the item would be delivered intime. Item didn’t not arrive as promised on email and within timescales of website. Returned back from trip and still no items, no tracking number and no emails to advise delays. Contacted them again and now told out of stock and refund being processed and 4-5 days monies will be returned. Shocking service. Would not buy from this company again and suffer the ongoing chasing and holding monies without any product being delivered.
