My experience with Kerdom has left me…

My experience with Kerdom has left me with serious concerns about the company's reliability and customer service.

Kerdom agreed in writing to provide a $150 refund. I accepted the agreement and waited for the refund to be processed. Despite repeated follow-ups and a BBB complaint, the refund was never received and the company did not respond to the BBB.

Consumers should proceed with caution and keep detailed records of all communications, promises, and refund agreements.

I am sharing my experience so others can make informed purchasing decisions.

Let your freedom. ring

After 6 months of dealing with my disadvantage plan with no success I found Kerdom . When their memorial day sale put a scooter with the same specs or better than Drive brand for about what the 20% deductible would cost me I decided to give them a try . Order KD28306 moo2 came quickly like in 5 day via FedEx. It was packed well easy to assemble via you tube and charged the battery. Drove it out the front door down the ramp and across the grass down the sidewalk turn around 4 driveways down the street . Headed back home across the grass back up the ramp through the front door . I was hooked freedom mode was on. So far took it to Walmart and 2 or three restaurants. The seat pivots so you can.belly up to any table and even the high ones. It is a tight fit in a Toyota camry truck after removing the seat and battery which BTW takes little effort ;put them in the back seat . In the Toyota Highlander it all fits very easily. Got a five year warranty which is better than most scooters. Had a small issue with one of the anti tilt wheel on the back . There was a small bump in the tubing but was able to tap the bracket in with a rubber mallet . So you can wait on medicare or you can pick up a Kerdom in 5 days and let your freedom ring beep beep.

I need a replacement mounting bracket

I need a replacement mounting bracket. Instead they sent me the whole front wheel assembly without the mounting bracket and the assembly they sent me the chard me $99 for it and It they forever to send it to me and when I did get it. It was missing the part I needed.
I am still trying to fix and it seems as though the company is so unorganized. and I am still wait. I wouldn't reckom this company for a wheelchair......

I have been using the X08 wheelchair…

I have been using the X08 wheelchair for about a month now and am totally satisfied. Ordering and shipping wss easy. The only issue was the second battery, which I had ordered, was not included in my order. Kerdom took care of the issue immediately. I can't say enough good things about this wheelchair. It is totally simple to operate and manuvers excellently in the house. I have also taken it outside on grass and gravel with no issues. I would highly recommend this company and X08 wheelchair.

Title: Affiliate Commissions Were Not Paid and Communication Was Very Poor

I joined Kerdom’s affiliate program and promoted their products in good faith, generating traffic and referrals as requested. However, despite multiple follow-ups regarding my commission payout, I have not received proper payment or a clear resolution from their team.

Communication has been extremely slow, and support responses have either been delayed or unclear. As an affiliate partner, this experience has been very disappointing and unprofessional. Transparency and timely payouts are essential in affiliate marketing, and unfortunately my experience with Kerdom did not meet those expectations.

I hope the company improves its communication and payout process for affiliate partners in the future.

DO NOT PURCHASE from this company!!!!

Ordered a wheelchair and never received it. The tracking number that was provided showed that the package was delivered to New Castle Delaware, the ship to address on my order was in Texas. When I called customer service all they kept saying was that my item had been delivered. No one bothered to look at my order, no one offered a resolution. All the agent said was that their supervisor "Kevin" would get back to me. Well Kevin did email me and said " your item shows delivered, please let us know if you have not received it". I asked for a refund after I received Kevin's email and the agent told me again that Kevin would contact me. At this point I have very little faith that this will be resolved. I filed a complaint with PayPal, lets see if they can do anything. DO NOT PURCHASE from this company!!!! Total scam, I'm sure I just lost $900.

My chair was received in the fall of…

My chair was received in the fall of 2025. No charger was included. As my wifes mobility declined, I went to use the chair in March of 2026. Then I offered to buy a charger to replace the missing one. For a week I keep getting links that show batteries but no chargers available. I believe the company knew in 2025 they had no chargers and shipped anyways. Total Scam. Stay Away.

I ordered a wheelchair Kerdom ultra lightweight carbon DX07 through…

I ordered a wheelchair dx07 through their website with an extra battery and many accessories. I am 5’8 and weigh just over 200 lbs. their website advertised a 20.5 in seat, with weight up to 350 lbs. I was so excited when it arrived because I was going on vacation with it. Opened the box and it was a pediatric chair. Seat was only 16 inches and only 20 inches from the floor. It was so small my daughter couldn’t fit either. Called them the same day it arrived and they gave me an incredibly hard time trying to return an unused chair. They falsely advertised a wheelchair, then wouldn’t return it. I have pictures I’d love to post, you’d laugh. I eventually received part of my money back, they wouldn’t send me a label until I agreed to a restocking fee. It is a horrible game they play and do everything they can to avoid and delay the return. Please reconsider purchasing anything from them.

BELOW 1 star - now telling me they do not sell lift recliners—how ever if you type KERDOM or KERDOM lift chairs anymore in search KERDOM shows a lift recliner chair for 699 that is worth 2999-everytime you talk to customer support rep I get a different story and told an email will be sent to supervisor (never get an email from or talk to a supervisor???

Kerdom took my money and refused to refund it

Kerdom took my money and refused to refund my credit card after I returned their wheelchair in January 2025. They lie and claim they tried refunding it. I made the mistake of removing my dispute with Citibank as once you cancel the dispute as Kerdom asked me to you can’t open a second dispute. So now they got back their wheelchair and never paid me back. This company is a scam and is untrustworthy. The BBB wouldn’t help get any satisfaction. Don’t order anything from Kerdom if you want to avoid being ripped off!

Honestly I have never been this…

Honestly I have never been this frustrated with a online purchase before. It been over two weeks and my order status has not changed at all, it says label printed but nothing else. I tried to contact support so many times but they never reply back to my emails or answer the phone. They took my money fast enough but cant seem to send the product or give me a refund. Do not buy from here unless you want to lose your money and wait forever..

Bad experience with Kerdom

My experience with Kerdom has been less than satisfactory. I have heart issues and need a hip replacement. I can no longer walk without assistant and am extremely fatigued with my heart condition. Based on all the positive reviews I ordered a DX07. I received my tracking number and waited for my wheelchair to arrive. Unfortunately I am still waiting. It is lost in delivery. I called FedEx and they said they do not have package, they stated it was never dropped off to them. Kerdom asked me to wait 10 days. I gave it 10 days and they, Kerdom, have declared it as lost. They have said it’s lost and I have asked for a refund. I was told because it is a high value product that I must wait an additional 7 days. Well my money to me is a high value product as well. At that point it will be over 3 weeks no chair and they have my hard earned money. I have surgery in a few days and I gave myself plenty of lead time for a wheelchair to be shipped as I need the chair after the surgery. I am super disappointed as a customer. I understand mistakes with shipping but make it right. I would have loved to have the chair but the whole situation with customer service turned me off and I just want my money back. There is an issue with support as well. It’s all done through email and it seems it’s all done outside the US in a timezone opposite the US. This results in a day between responses which makes it tough. If you call the support number they just send an email to the support outside the US and respond to you via email. This has been my experience. At this point I just want a refund for something I paid for and never received. Kerdom continues to make me wait.

Useless in the UK

My friend ordered an electric wheelchair, heard nothing for weeks (despite sending many support queries).

Response eventually came saying that they do office furniture in the UK, were “hoping” to start sending their mobility stuff over too, but ultimately haven't been able to. Hence, the order was cancelled and would they like a refund. WOULD THEY LIKE A REFUND??? The refund should've been with them a month prior!!!!!

This is not acceptable at any company, much less a company offering essential mobility equipment.

Also just found the same wheelchair on Aliexpress so they're probably just dropshippers.

KERDOM DX07 wheelchair review and video

I ordered a KERDOM DX07 wheelchair after reviewing various wheelchairs from numerous companies. I selected the KERDOM DX07 wheelchair for a variety of reasons including its lightweight, company standing and product warranty. I ordered the wheelchair on 10/02/2025 and it was delivered via Fedx on 10/09/2025 and was tracked on Fedx's website accordingly. The wheelchair weight as advertised is 36 lbs without the battery. The only assembly required is inserting the controller in the right or left wheelchair arm, your choice, and tightening it in place. You also adjust the anti-tip wheels (also known as willie bars) on the rear of the wheelchair by pulling a pin and sliding the wheels out. Finally, you place the seat cushion on the wheelchair lining up the Velcro strips. That's all the assembly required.

Loading the wheelchair in and out of my vehicle (Chrysler Pacifica) was a breeze. I tested the wheelchair ride on sidewalk and grass. The sidewalk ride was smooth at all speed settings up to 6 mph rather than the 4 mph I was expecting. The grass test was Ok but the wheelchair seemed to slip and spin in the grass. Be extremely careful when you encounter any difference in sidewall pavement height as it could cause the wheelchair to come to a sudden stop. The wheelchair had plenty power to climb an moderate incline.

Overall, I am really pleased with the KERDOM DX07 wheelchair and its performance. One final note the battery for the wheelchair has a new design and simply slides into place and locks in, no need to plug and unplug any wiring harness, really simple. Due to the new design, a second backup battery is not immediately available for purchase.

Life changing from a Rollator to the DX07.

I have been using a rollator but had limited endurance when out. I have only had the DX07 for 5 days but what a change it's been in my life. I worked at a school's book fair this week and was able to go throughout the building of 30 classrooms. I can now cover a whole supermarket. With my rollator I could only cover half before getting fatigued. The chair is light enough for my 5' 1" wife to handle. She does have difficulty unclicking it to fold. She would also suggest a strap or some way to keep it folded when loading. It has enough power to go on my gravel driveway and the battery has yet to be charged. Company support when emailed has been quick to respond. Overall I'm very pleased with my purchase after studying various companies.
