Happy with chair...

Seems to be a very nice chair and is comfy and looks nice. Building it was super easy and to the point which I greatly appreciate! It took no longer than 10-15 mins to assemble. very happy

Excellent for the money...

This is a very good chair and just what needed. It is attractive. I couldn't believe the price. I'm sure this chair will last me for 5-6 years. You can't go wrong with this purchase.

A good option...

A happy medium. My son was excited about a gaming chair and I wanted him to have an ergonomic chair for gaming and school work. This chair met both requirements. Was easy to assemble and comfortable. Does not have the ""flash"" of a gaming chair but is litter and has a smaller footprint.

Can't Even Get a Response. Pathetic.

I've been trying to get in contact with them for over a week about a remote replacement for one of their walking pads. I've emailed them as well as contacted them through Tiktok where I bought it and they refuse to respond. Beyond unprofessional and a horrible experience with them. I'm unable to use their product without a remote.

Look out reversing.

I have a new Kerdom wheelchair and have called the Kerdom customer number twice with no response. The instructions of how to turn off "Look out reversing" should be in the instruction manual. It is irritating and Kerdom won't respond.

I ordered an electric scooter 3 weeks…

I ordered an electric scooter 3 weeks ago based on the fact that their website says it will be delivered in 5 days. I still have not received it. I emailed them and was given some cockamamie excuse about a delivery issue but was told it would ship out on March 6th. After reading these reviews, this seems to be a common practice of this company.

I emailed them today and told them that if i don’t have my scooter in 3-5 days, I will be canceling my order. I will also report them to the BBB.

Very deceptive business practices.

I ordered a mobility scooter from them

I ordered a mobility scooter from them, they day Fedex dropped it off I immediately brought it in the house and opened the box, upon opening I seen the whole front was broke, the plastic I guess you would say body was broke all the way across, and the back end was scuffed up. I immediately went online to find contact info and called the number which no one answered nor could you leave a message. I emailed support and sent all the pictures and never got a reply. I went back online and found a warrenty link so I used it trying to reach someone with the company and still no reply. I tried emails and phone calls for 2 weeks then I reached out to Better Business Bureau. I filed a complaint with them and they told me they had two weeks to answer...on the last day of their two weeks they finally replied saying we have already placed and order to ship out another one when they are back in stock and offered 50.00 for my trouble I refused the offer due to it was ordered for a trip we were taking and the new one would not be here in time so I wanted to just return and get money back. then two weeks later they resond and want me to verify shipping address so they could email me the label, I did that then a week later the responded and wanted pics of the box to make sure it was shippable, I sent those, then a week later they wanted the pictures again, so I sent them now it has been two weeks again and I still have no shipping label. I have did all the necessary step my credit card wanted me to take so now I have filed with my credit card to reverse the charges since Kerdom refuses to to be of any help in returning this. I can't even use the scooter with broken plastic because we have since discovered that how ever it was dropped to break the plastic it bent the axel on the front wheels so the scooter is totally useless.

3 weeks and still not delivered…

Placed my order 3 weeks ago and was told it would be 3 days delivery. They take you money and then dont send the product. Despite chasing I still havent received my product or a refund.
Would advise to shop elsewhere....

Poor service Poor Warranty

Kerdom have poor sercive and won't honour their warranty. I"ve contacted them and given them all the details they requested They have now stopped responding to my emsils. The chair was purchased by my disabled son.

Kerdom.co is a dishonest merchant and can’t be trusted.

I ordered a wheelchair last December for $439.99 aid by my Citibank card. Upon arrival it did not meet my needs. I wrote Kerdom and requested they approve my returning it on their guarantee of satisfaction, They kept delaying accepting the return and so I filed a dispute with Citibank. Citibank opened the dispute and tried to contact Kaetdom without success. I wrote them several times and therefore that they would approve the return and send me a return FedEx label if I cancelled the dispute. I contacted the bank and removed the dispute, I then shipped the wheelchair to them in January, once they had it in their New York they said they would refund my money. Well now after many emails where Kerdom claimed they have tried to refund my money and it didn’t work. I called Citibank and they said Kerdom has not tried to credit my account. I asked Citibank to report the dispute and then they sent me a letter advising me that once you cancel a dispute you can’t reooen it again. They said that Kerdom knew this and that’s why they asked me to cancel the dispute. Kerdom is a terrible merchant,Tgey are deceitful and sh ooo old be banned from selling anything,

lightweight but sturdy

Kerdom is not selling what they…

Kerdom is not selling what they advertise. When I bought my wheelchair their webpage said it had 2 - 250 watt motors (500 total watts per chair which is why I bought it). I bought the 37lb lightweight wheelchair, foldable for travel. They shipped me a wheelchair with 2-180 watt motors 360 watts in all, and no levers as pictured to disengage the motors. The chair seems well built and supposedly can be pushed manually without damaging the motors? After my complaint emails, they did refund me $200. I like the wheelchair but I wish it had the motors that were specified. The pictures and descriptions have inaccuracies, so beware.

I love my scooter so happy with this company.

I love my scooter haven’t used it outside yet works great around house. Customer service has been A + it takes a day for them to call back, my son said they are probably in another country they answered all my questions.and were very helpful the manual is so easy to understand and I love that you get an extra key.I have recommended this company to two people.After much research they are the best and I forgot shipping was so fast. Don’t buy anywhere else. ******

Terrible Customer Service – Still Waiting for My Refund!

After countless emails, I finally received return labels for the two chairs I purchased. The items were returned and received on December 18, 2024 (order #KD11284). Since then, I’ve been chasing them for a refund. It’s now February 2, 2025, and I still haven’t received my money. Dealing with them has been a nightmare. Avoid this company at all costs!
