I ordered the electric wheelchair on…

I ordered the electric wheelchair on December 4. It has not arrived, although my visa was charged. I have received several notices stating that it is held up in a warehouse at FedEx New Jersey. But when I called FedEx, they have not They have not picked up the parcel from Kerdom. Efforts to contact Kerdom have been futile

Never received order.

Ordered an office chair Nov. 23rd. Never received it. Called, text, emailed. No response. I'm in the process of getting my money back through my credit card.

Great choice and totally satisfied with purchase.

My review

Wheelchair is great
I just received my Wheelchair and it looks great. It also operates great. There is a small notice about not charging an “Un-rechargeable battery” it makes you think one of the batteries is not rechargeable but I think it refers to mother battery that was not included. The batteries were 4/5 charged and it only took about 30 minutes to top them off. I have looked for a pdf of an owners manual but have not found it online. The notice says not to get the charger wet, but makes you think the chair is not waterproof. The display info in the Kerdom site states it can go through snow. The motors are pretty exposed so it think I would avoid wet environments. So far it exceeds my expectations. The sale price is one that you can’t beat, it has a horn, SOS button to summon help, a mute button to silence the horn and a plus and minus buttons for speed. I would recommend using the slowest speed setting while navigating around furniture or in tight spaces. If you go into an elevator, it would be best to go straight into it and then looking back reverse to exit.
Buy one, it is a great price for a fantastic bargain on an electric wheelchair.

The worst experience in customer service…

I did not received the wheelchair I paid for (It weights 27 pounds more).
I paid for a express two days delivery, the product arrived 5 days later (so i can not used it when I need - visit Orlando Parks.)
The customer service phone never answer. I requested by mail several times the return ticket, they never respond. If you buy a product from outside USA be carefull this is a company that cheats its customers

Crumbled material

In 2023, I bought a chair from them through Amazon. Within a year, one of the armrests of the chair was literally falling apart, falling to pieces, crumbling away. I've never seen anything like it. The plastic just crumbled away. The other one just broke in two. The plastic used is incredibly poor quality. The chair was unusable. I tried to send back to Amazon but they were unable to arrange delivery. Anyway, that's another story. I wrote directly to Kerdom, they promised to send me armrests to repair the chair. They never did, or at least it never arrived. Meanwhile, a year had passed, the warranty period was over, but fortunately Amazon, which is a fair company, refunded the price. I do not want to draw any conclusions, let everyone do it for themselves.

Don't buy in this site.

UPDATE: As I say the bad, so I say the good: after sending another email requesting a refund for my purchase to another email account I found on Youtube, I managed to get the company to contact me and they refunded my money. Their explanation was as follows: "this product is out of stock and our salesman don't know it before. And warehouse send all the products when stock in. So that's the reason"

Don't buy from this store. I placed an order (#KD8403) through the website with delivery in 4 working days. The thing is that the chair is very urgent for me and I was counting on the company to be serious and send the package within the specified time. After writing an email to the support team to check the status of the order, I haven't received any kind of reply. The customer service is terrible and I don't know if I'll get the chair I bought. I'll try to get my money back by writing again to this email address (although I don't know if anyone will read it).
After reading your reply, I've written to you 3 times since 21 November to ask for my money back as I bought the chair from another seller. I haven't received a reply from you but, as I told you, I no longer need the chair as I already have another one (which arrived within the timeframe indicated) and therefore, all I want is my money back.

Received anything (My order or any news about it)

I ordered a chair from this company on 9 november 2024 and I received a mail stating that it will be delivered with 3 or 4 ground day, so I thought I would receive within the next week but I never received anything be it news or my order. They never replied to the email I sent and I think I will definitely refund my order. They are very quick to take the money but for the rest, it seems they doesn't care because they already have your money.

I would avoid this company at all…

I would avoid this company at all costs. I ordered a couch and chair. What I received was nothing short of fraudulent. It was completely different from what was advertised. The website offers a free 60 day return, however they have been stalling, so I opened a dispute with my credit card company. They keep offering a free item or discount instead of providing return labels. This experience is just horrible.
UPDATE 11/22/24 NO, they have never sent a return label. In fact, we have been talking and my order has 5 large boxes, and so I believe this is just a comment to ease any concerns about ordering from them.
UPDATE 11/26/24 Still no return labels sent.
UPDATE 12/2/24 Kerdom offered a refund IF I return the items at my own expense to China. Unbelievable!
UPDATE 12/6/24 My credit card company ruled in my favor and I am receiving a refund.

I called Kerdom and asked if I could return the wheelchair after 1 day.

I called Kerdom and asked if I could fit in their wheelchair. I an 6'2" and 230 lbs. I was told comfortably, so I ordered it and received it last Friday, November 17
I was horrified to discover that after assembling it, it was very small and I couldn't fit in. No one answered my calls to Kerdpm or answered my e-mils until last night, Nov 18, offering me $150.00 back and then asked me if I wanted to keep it, as if I have any use for it. But it sounded more like an insult.
It seems they don't want to honor their word and accept the chair back, and honestly, I am shocked that Kerdom would play games with a handicapped 81 year man who can't play around with money.
Hoping for a better response. I've had the chair for less than a week and have never used it, or even fit in it.

Slow support

Tried to buy the product (99$)
Their promo code didn't work.
Asked them for help.
Got reply after 14 days that they fixed it. (Had to write 4 times to get a reply)
Promo code works but the product got it's price mysteriously increased the same moment. (125$)
Had I remained silent, I could have bought the product at the lower price.

This wheelchair is so uncomfortable

This wheelchair is so uncomfortable. It seems made for a child .
They're supposed to be a money back guarantee within 60 days, but i've sent multiple emails and they don't even reply.

I've attempted to get a shipping label from you ,but you sent me an email without it and then won't reply to that email either.

Disastrous purchase

We have made a purchase of 13 chairs, we only received 9 and they have not made the payment or the pending delivery, it has been a month.
Desk chairs with Lumbar Support do not fit well and are not suitable for long-term use.

Would not recommend to buy from this company

The experience in buying from Kerdom EU store is extremely bad. I bought 2 chairs on 30.09.2024. The money was transferred to their bank account in France and i got an email confirming my order KD7958 and that it's getting ready to be shipped. Atfter a week of waiting for them to confirm the order was shipped I wrote inquiring, whether my order is shipped or is it still preparing. I got nothing. Customer service isn't just bad - it's non-existing. They won't answer any emails or messages in their so called "chat". Would not recommend to buy from this company as it appears they are scamming people. It is sad that i found Trustpilot only after buying from them. 0/10 experience!!!

Great Customer Service...

They were very quick to help me with the warranty on my chair. The gasket lift started to fail and they immediately helped me even though I didn't have the original order number. Wonderful customer service :)

One of the best purchases I have ever made!

In the year 2020, I purchased an office chair from kerdom for about $140. More than I had ever spent on a chair at the time, yet I was really excited about a more breathable chair, and so I took the plunge. Since then, they have provided multiple part replacements, and most recently are sending me an entirely new unit all at no cost to me. A lot of furniture tends to come with a 1 or 2 year warranty at most, so I am beyond pleased with the service I have received from Flexispot and will make all future purchases of office furniture from them! Customer support is generally extremely helpful and friendly to interact with, and the wait time is usually no more than 10 minutes!

I looked for an ergonomic chair for my…back and neck...

I looked for an ergonomic chair for my back and neck for a moment, it is hard to find a chair for my small size (1.58 cm). I have the normal home chair and office chair, they have ok back support but not for the neck; i can't rest my head on the headrest; my neck can't touch the headrest no matter how much I adjust. Thus I started my research and found KERDOM 918H. The 918Hhair's headrest can be moved up and down, front and back This is amazing! The one who designed it is genius!
