Kern WIFI notified ahead of time of a speed upgrade that would necessitate for the MicroTik haP AC-3 to have a firewall and firmware up date. The disruption was very minimal with little down time. There was a minor hiccup with my port forwarding which PHil, Christine and the team attended to very quickly. It is great to have a IT provider in Adelaide staffed with competent people ....

We had to troubleshoot an extremely complex IT issue that required an extended period of time to resolve. Nathan was the individual I worked with on this job, and he demonstrated an incredible depth of knowledge and most important of all, he persisted and took the time needed to resolve the issue.

I have been in the IT industry for over 30 years, and I can count on 1 hand with most of my fingers free the times I have come across this level of quality support.

Christine is amazing.
If we ever have an issue, all we have to do is to ring her, and she will resolve the problem immediately.

Christine was great keeping me informed of up dates however the supply of the NBN was a disappointing as they cancelled multiple times.

Outlook would not send out emails. This was corrected by provider changing numbers in storage ports; deleting infected Norton security; deleting excessive computer data and adding Microsoft 365.

We have been having trouble with the WiFi for over 5 months now and we got a lot of help from them and yes we where supposed to be getting 50 but we where only getting about 15-20 so it was upgraded to 100 but for the past 2-3 months we got it put up we are lucky to get 30-40 I was getting feedback when I sent photos off the scans but now for the past month no reply at all I’m now considering on cancelling WiFi every Wednesday night it drops out and freezing and it keeps saying on the screen “your internet connection is unstable” so it’s not us we have one of the top routers on the market that cost nearly $400 so it’s not our router and anyway we tried their router and it was worse with the connection. I have been happy with kern but now im rethinking that
