Australia's NBN Hidden Gem! I have been a customer of Australia Online since around 1998. The service from the all of the staff over these years has always been top notch. Australian owned and operated, on the rare occasion you require assistance, nothing better than to speak to a staff member located in Australia!Thankyou Michael and your team, keep up the great work!

I had a problem connecting our solar battery to wifi, it was out of range of the modem, AOL advised me to get a Wi-Fi extender and suggested what I would need, problem fixed.
I liked that they're in Australia and your not talking to someone over seas that you struggle to understand and quite likely may not be able to help you anyway.

We have been with Australia On Line for many years and can highly recommend them. Their service is exceptional, and being based in Australia and speaking to staff here is a bonus. Any small issues are fixed promptly. After we recently upgraded to NBN fibre and had issues with the modem, Michael came to the house and set up a new modem on site for us, on a public holiday. Amazing service!!

We have been with Australia Online for many years now and again they have been able to rectify the loss of internet service after recent electrical thunderstorms. Within a few hours we had a new NBN network connection device supplied and our internet service was back in operation. Michael and his staff always provide expert technical support with easy to understand explanations. Great local company which I highly recommend.

I have been with Australia online for 2 years. I have found they provide an excellent service. The customer service is excellent . There are able to provide technical support if required.

The team at Australia On Line have always been excellent and responsive. Personalised service and prompt responses. Sometimes even reaching out in advance of an issue, such as an outage due to maintenance.

They have been great at getting last responses from NBN as well.

We shifted our business to Australia Online a little over 2 years ago having become disenchanted with several other ISP's who'd shifted their Support off-shore, and cut back their services dramatically (like no longer offering their customers and email account). We'd also endured years of pathetic hourly NBN dropouts that previous ISP's and NBN had totally failed to address for us, and these were badly affecting our business. From the start Australia Online have been exceptional - and we particularly thank Michael who spent our first year pursuing NBN to the absolute far ends of deflection to finally enact some infrastructure repairs at our address which (not surprisingly) solved the dropouts we'd endured for years. Australia Online have continued to always "be there" when we need anything - and on the rare occasion we've needed Support we know we're talking to somebody in Australia who has a genuine desire to assist us with whatever issue might be at hand. The 2 years we've spent at Australia Online have provided us, by far, the most stable NBN connection we've ever had - and we know that when the seemingly inevitable NBN problems arise Australia Online are standing with us to get this giant corporation to do anything right.

We have been with Australia On Line for five years. Our initial change to their internet service was made so easy by Michael and his staff and then the introduction of NBN was again smooth with Australia On Line’s overview of the process. Any small issues I have had have been handled professionally and most importantly with an immediate response time. It is pleasing to know we have expert assistance whenever it is required.

My wife and I cannot overstate how responsive Michael Bethune has been to the niggly things thrown at us by the internet and changes in our needs in the two years we have been with AustraliaOnLine. Speed testing by outside apps has always shown us to be getting exactly what we paid for, and this with attractively priced options for speed and downloads that suit our needs.
With his Warrandyte, Vic operations running servers close to Melbourne's CBD, there is little disadvantage for us Adelaide-based subscribers. The only exceptions are that two "smart"??? external websites *insist* that we are in Melbourne. They only give Melbourne weather or Melbourne-focussed (or national) News. That is the fault of the poorly constructed websites though and would be applicable to us using any ISP based outside Adelaide.

I would highly recommend Australia On Line. It's great speaking to people at a local Company that listen.
This ISP has provided us with excellent service for many years.
When we changed from FTTC, Fibre to the Cabinet (curb) to FTTP, Fibre to the Premises (house) there was a problem at the NBN end. Australia On Line were excellent in getting this resolved, and kept me informed with a number of follow up phone calls.

Michael and Australia Online provide wonderful customer support. We have been with this company for years and have had no problems. If you want Australian support, friendly advice and reasonable rates, give these people a try. Highly recommended.
