I’ve been using the Keskine LED face mask consistently for the past two months and I’m impressed with the results. First of all it’s really comfortable to wear, it sits nicely on the face without fee... See more

Keskine – A Frustrating Experience from Start to Finish
I ordered from Keskine in May 2025. The item was unsuitable due to my disability — I never used it, only took it out of the box to check if I could hold and use it safely. It was obvious it wouldn’t work for me. I contacted customer service as soon as I realised this.
Their returns policy claims “refunds within 30 days if unopened,” but their packaging makes it impossible to inspect the item without breaking the protective seal. This gave them the excuse to claim it was “opened” — even though it was completely unused.
What should have been a simple return turned into weeks of silence, contradictory instructions, shifting excuses, and an evasive process which, in my opinion, seemed designed to discourage customers from pursuing refunds.
Armed with advice from Consumer Scotland, I had to apply constant pressure — including a firm reminder on Day 10 of the 14-day refund window — to get my money back, which only arrived right at the edge of the legal deadline. Yes, I got the refund — but only after weeks of runaround and stress.
If you value your time, patience, sanity and consumer rights, avoid.

No response to refund request
Ordered this item but had some concerns about the information in the instruction manual so requested a return. First email responded to, adding some more information on use but as I’m still concerned, I replied requesting a refund as per the information on this company’s website. Have sent 3 emails and absolutely no response. Feels like a scam now and am working out how to proceed
