Good service and delivered next day.

Quick delivery. Love the rolls and have become addicted to scones! Muffins and carrot cake good too.

The food is great and the delivery is always on time, just a little pricey.

I was really excited about finding this company, I’ve changed our eating habits to Keto based and this company had so many “treats” that I could just keep in the freezer and take out as and when.
Placed the order £85 and then discovered they use Evri. I live in a very rural area and Evri are lazy, don’t know the area & unable to call to ask for instructions. They attempted to deliver twice. Terry tried to call me on Sunday evening at 8pm. I didn’t take the call but in short we then had email and text conversations and I discovered it was all my fault because of the courier company they used. I had a notification that they’d successfully delivered my parcel with a photo just showing the delivery sticker no location shot nothing. There were no parcels at my gates! I am surrounded by farm land I had actually no lead to go on to find this parcel. This is perishable goods and I live in farm land I still have no idea where this parcel is. As Terry informed me about my data protection blah blah blah I had to get in touch with Evri, (I must add here that Terry has done all he can to sort this out, googles me Evri number etc etc). So I did I emailed them with tracking number and guess what I’ve heard nothing! So because Evri have told Terry they’ve delivered with insufficient proof Terry is saying they’ve completed the contract. It’s a cop out and lazy and not helping the customer at all. My argument is they haven't. I haven’t received my order IT WAS NOT DELIVERED. But that it’s down to me to sort it out is disgusting service, well it’s no service. My contract is with this tin pot company not Evri but Terry disagrees. Terry doesn’t want to refund because it’s an £85 order, Terry doesn’t want to deal with Evri, Terry obviously doesn’t care enough. So I can’t comment on the food because I never received anything but if it’s anything like the delivery it’ll be crap!

Quick postage, well packed. Fabulous products - have tried the multi seed bread and rolls and pizza bases.

Great service and a great product

Called them for some information and advice, always friendly and helpful. Products are also very good.

Ordered trayback and cake and paid the obligatory next day delivery charge. After 4 days still hadn’t received my package. Contacted the company by email and they told me that they could do nothing about it I should contact the courier, contacted the courier they told me to contact the company. The goods arrived this morning and one package of trayback was completely inedible. Broken, soggy, mash mess. Contacted the company and asked for refund of obligatory postage and refund of damage goods cost. Photos sent with email to show damage. Their reply was to say I should read the terms and conditions and that they would not be refunding any of my request. Completely unhelpful and curt to the point of rude in their reply.

Having lost 40kg on a low carb diet one of the many things I miss is Bread.
I first discovered this product via a well known online retailer.
I have to say; it does exactly what it says on the packet. I am incredibly happy with the product and the variety available.
As part of my low carb diet, this is ideal and perfect as a “Bready” treat when I fancy one.
Top marks to Keto Chefs from a happy and now loyal customer.

It is a wonderful thing that diabetics can also eat bread. The product is very delicious, I can only recommend it.

I don't ever leave reviews, but this stuff is something special.

I have to admit, this isn't my first time trying keto. In my 2 other attempts over the years I have tried and failed, but now I have found the range from ketochefs I have a better chance than ever of success in the long term.

A bit of background. I came into this keto attempt back off a 5 day water fast. I have a lot of weight to lose and to kickstart the weight loss I wanted to start with a long fast, days 3 and 4 were hard but I could have gone longer. Towards the end of the fast I ordered the bread from these guys (which I naively thought was all the sold) off Amazon. I then found their site direct and oh boy, what a treasure trove. I began to place an order for -

1x4 small bread rolls
1x6 lemon cookies
1x6 carrot cakes
1x4 hot cross buns
1x6 blueberry muffins
1x2 pizza base and sauce set

My orders both arrived at the same time but obviously in different parcels. I opened and gazed in wonder at these beautiful low carb foods.

First, I made some toast with the bread and had this with some coffee. The toast was fantastic and the bread is as close as you are going to get to 'real bread'. I can't wait to try it in sandwiches!

I then tried a lemon cookie. Oh wow, these were absolutely superb and surpassed expectations. They are better than a normal cookie. I've put the other 5 in a tub for the rest of the week.

Next, I piped the creme on the carrot cake...I can honestly say this was THE BEST carrot cake I've ever had, the creme on top is just fabulous. I froze the other 5 already piped.

I then couldn't not try the blueberry muffins. These were superb, so so moist and tasty, and of course tasted sweet.

For my tea now I just had half a pizza base and added some of the keto tomato and basil sauce, some cheese onion and ham. I actually tried making fathead pizza years ago and the experience made me give up on keto, these pizzas however were unreal, I never ever EVER expected to have a keto pizza take like this. It was so filling and stupidly tasty.

I've not tried the hot cross buns yet but the look good.

Everything is now in the freezer apart from 6 slices of bread and the cookies, to keep them fresh and I'll just take out when needed.

I tested my ketones throughout the day and NONE OF THIS FOOD took me out of ketosis. I genuinely feel like I've found the holy grail of keto with ketochefs.

Now, I'll fast for 36 hours and eat again Friday evening (consuming copious amounts of water throughout)

I'm going to place a repeat order with these guys and also try some of the rest of their range but from what I have tried, there is nothing that comes close to their quality and most importantly, the taste. I have full confidence I can continue the keto journey with help from the foods from here

Just received my first order. I am Type 1 diabetic and eat keto/low carb for my health and to keep from having to take too much insulin. Have never found any bread that I didn’t make myself that tasted nice. Ordered scones/carrot cake muffins and Hot cross buns for Easter. All tasted nice and were a good quality. However, packaging is not great and box arrived smashed but didn’t affect the taste of the bakes. Hot Cross buns were lovely brown rolls that would be great for sandwiches. However, no fruit flavour or sweetness that you would expect from a Hot Cross bun so a bit disappointing because I was hoping to have found a great treat that helped me feel like I wasn’t missing out on a holiday favourite.

Ordered from Ketochefs for the first time yesterday. I’m pleased that it arrived today. The bread looked and tasted fine, the cheese and onion loaf bread was delicious. However, the red velvet cupcakes arrived in mess. The box was all soggy, with the cupcakes mashed up in it. The piping bag was split so I couldn’t use it accordingly. At £13.99 for 6 cupcakes, I was hoping for it to arrive in good condition. Very disappointed. I wanted to call customer service but it seems the number is not a UK number so I didn’t want to risk getting a massive phone bill.

I have been looking for low carb bakes for years, bread cake textures have been awful, cakes don't taste like cake... then I found YOU!
The brown rolls are like proper bread rolls! The lemon drizzle cake is beautiful and the choc chip muffins are to die for! the delivery is super quick too!

The best keto bread I’ve ever tried!
The sliced loafs are nicer and fresher than normal bread and the rolls are great too.
Not heavy or stodgy like a lot of keto bread.
The blueberry muffins were a must have treat too.
I’ll never go back to the other alternatives now.

Good quality and tasty products. The white sauce make really good carbonara.

Reinstating review as working it out is “allowing me to continue to use their service.”

I ordered a £100 of good from this company and accidentally set it to a weekly subscription. I phone and emailed repeatedly and was told they couldn’t find my order. I was happy received the first order and just needed someone to help me resolve the second ordered.

I would happily have taken the second order if it could be delayed by a couple of weeks. This apparently was an option on their side, but not offered to me as they couldn’t find the order.

Reason the couldn’t find the order. My email address is different from the surname I entered for delivery!!!

Will order again because their food is good. Hope they sort out their problems as it is all staff IT interaction and attitude.
