I spoke with a representative name John who worked with me to get another shipment for free- due to the original product I purchased didn't fit. He made the process easy abd efficient. I should be receiving the new product soon.

Thea went above and beyond to help replace my order that the shipper UniUni delivered to the incorrect address. UniUni left me dog treats instead of the sweat shirts and tummy bands I order. Thea made everything right! Amazing Customer Service with quick response time!

When i first ordered i myself ordered the wrong size. When I contacted the company, they were very quick at getting back to me with a solution that suited me perfectly. And had the correct sized reordered and shipped out. I was that impressed i even ordered more products off them. So all in all very happy.

Customer service was great. Helped me resolve my sizing issue with my product. Nothing on their last, I think the sizing is due to the material and fit type. It is 3XL but it fits snug due to the nature of the product. They helped me get the 4XL so that I can have a more loose fit for my training. I like the 50% off from the next product part because it saved me shipping back but in this case, having two products actually might help because when I lose the weight the 4XL might not fit tighter anymore, so the next size down will help with that.

When I place my order the wrong shipping address appeared and I wasn't able to change it. I reached out to the contact email address and they immediately made the change for me. This tells me that off the top the customer service is fantastic highly recommend this vendor.
