Well...i was told that my package was lost in transit. I was so eager to receive my package but it was taking way longer than the normal 7-10 business days. I was disappointed that I could not get and update with the carrier. I was going around in circles with Kewlioo and the carrier. Kewlioo says they have already giving my package to the carrier and the carrier says they are waiting on it.
Finally a representative with Kewlioo ( i believe her name is Thea) investigated and made it right by contacting me and told me the problem and resolved the issue. She said that the it was lost in transit and the tracking status was frozen. Her customer service was great.
As of now ... I am waiting again and hope to receive it soon.

They customer service it has been excellent along with the product is exactly what you the quality as describe. I hbe ordered a lot of their products. Only thing is hard to get the right size. But they always get me the right size at the end without hesitation

Efficient and friendly

I had ordered the wrong item by mistake, within an hour I emailed the care@kewlioo email. And within 2 hrs of the email my order was updated. Amazing support. Excellent product excellent service.

Customer service rep was knowledgeable, polite and resolved my issue quickly. Everything we discussed, was taken care of immediately: refund and confirmation emails.
