Very easy

Very easy. Accidentally did not complete my shipping address but was able to receive immediate help on resolving the issue via email. Great service. Can't wait to try this product!

BEST customer service and PROMPTNESS

I had the BEST customer service experience in a long time from an online company. Big shoutout to Jill, customer service rep who promptly responded and took care of my concerns.

Excellent Customer Service

I had a concern about an order I placed. I sent an email about my order and John replied that it should be arriving today. Went to the door and it was there. I have done a lot of business with Kewlioo and when ever I needed an answer their customer service has been excellent.
