They send great and consistent updates on tracking the package or when it's delivered and everything in between, it really makes it better to know when it's gonna get here. The customer service is also incredible, the people are so nice and offer so many things, it's truly a great experience

Ordered the wrong sizes, emailed their team and they made it all right by letting me keep the wrong sizes and sending me the correct sizes. I just had to pay shipping. Really appreciated the help.

The customer service is top notch!! The product ordered did not fit and they do not offer a size that does fit. They worked with me to get a partial refund to save me costs of shipping the items back and told me to keep the items. I will definitely be back once they offer items that fit or I fit the items they offer.

The products Kewlioo offer are of top quality. Unfortunately when I placed my second order with them, the product was not delivered in a secure location and my package was taken. Per the policy it is my responsibility to secure the delivery instructions and access to my building. That did not stop the customer service team at Kewlioo to go above and beyond to help me get this mishap taken care of. They were compassionate and thoughtful. I am excited to continue using their products and look forward to doing business with them in the future.
